Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Finance, vous aurez la responsabilité de la consolidation « Technology et Digital (DXT) » ainsi que du département Technology Transformation. En qualité de partenaire clé et de conseiller de confiance du Manager et des clients internes, vous fournissez avec votre équipe une analyse à valeur ajoutée et des informations pertinentes sur l’activité et le périmètre.

 

Vos missions ?

Sous la supervision du Manager, vous coordonnez l’ensemble du cycle financier ainsi que des analyses ad-hoc.


Vous serez responsable de :

• Assurer la fiabilité et la pertinence des données financières transmises sur votre domaine d'activité

• Superviser l’optimisation et la transparence financière à court, moyen et long terme

  • Coordonner les processus budgétaires des divisions sur des exercices de planning (LTP et AOP) et sur des exercices de suivi et d’optimisation de performance (Forecast et Clôture)

  • Être force de proposition dans le cadre des processus d'ajustements budgétaires, élaboration de business cases & plan de financement (CAR)

  • Elaborer des présentations financières et communiquer les messages à faire passer (storytelling) et ce à tous les niveaux de l’organisation (équipe de direction incluse)

  • Participer activement aux projets de la vision Finance (Data Visualisation & automatisation)

  • Être force de proposition, challenger le statu quo en questionnant le passé et en améliorant constamment les outils et processus et participer aux efforts de transformation de la division


Votre profil

De formation Bac+5 d’Ecole de Management/Commerce spécialité Finance et/ou Contrôle de Gestion idéalement, avec 5 ans d’expérience en Contrôle de gestion ou audit financier.


Vous faîtes preuve d’excellentes qualités relationnelles,  de rigueur et d’un bon niveau de communication (storytelling).

Vous justifiez de solides compétences analytiques et vous parlez couramment l'anglais (niveau C1)

La maitrise des outils informatiques suivant est un plus : SAP, Longview, SRH (suivi de la masse salariale) et BW (suivi du Capital), Power BI ou Tableau (visualisation de data).
