Job Summary:
Business Financial Systems : Order To Cash
Le département Business Financial Systems (BFS) pilote et accompagne des projets de transformation, d’alignement et d’optimisation qui impactent la division Finance, qui regroupe les départements de comptabilité transactionnelle (clients et fournisseurs), comptabilité générale et banque, fiscalité, consolidation, contrôle de gestion, crédit, et trésorerie & paiements. Nous travaillons en partenariat avec les différents services informatiques de Disneyland Paris et nos partenaires TWDC aux Etats-Unis et en région EMEA.
Notre équipe « Order To Cash » (OTC) agit en tant qu’assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage (AMOA) – cadrage, conseil, définition des besoins, suivi des tests et gestion du changement – sur les projets et le support qui impactent les flux financiers/comptables vers SAP Finance sur les domaines de ventes, d’encaissement et de facturation en provenance des applications web/mobile, des flux monétiques, des systèmes de réservations de séjour, des points de vente Food & Merchandise et Tickets, et des systèmes hôteliers.
Nous recherchons un.e Consultant Systèmes Financier en Contrat à Durée Déterminée du 1er Avril 2026 au 29 Septembre 2027, pour intégrer plus particulièrement le périmètre « Customer Reservation Systems (CRS) et Fulfillment » sur l’activité impactant les flux informatiques financiers en provenance des systèmes de réservations de séjours et des applications web/mobile vers les systèmes de fulfillment de prestations et vers SAP Finance.
Mission
Accompagner nos clients internes dans la transformation de Disneyland Paris
Être l’interface privilégiée entre le client interne et les services informatiques
Être le garant de la bonne intégration des données financières et comptables dans SAP Finance conformément aux besoins métiers
Aider le client interne à résoudre les problèmes rencontrés en production
Aider le client interne à améliorer l’exercice de son activité journalière
Activités principales
Définir avec le client son besoin et le formaliser (rédaction d’Expression de besoins / spécifications fonctionnelles, ou d’incidents)
Analyser et diagnostiquer les impacts liés aux changements proposés / recherchés
Proposer et mettre en place des solutions (nouveau process ou suivi d’une demande d’évolution)
Documenter les processus
Identifier les parties-prenantes et les coordonner
Aider à la résolution d’incidents (suivi avec Technologie, éditeurs ou autres)
Effectuer le suivi de la résolution des incidents/anomalies (avec Technologie, éditeurs ou autres)
Identifier et écrire des scénarii de tests (matrice de tests) en lien avec les différents flux financiers (avec Technologie, éditeurs ou autres le cas échéant)
Dérouler et documenter les tests en lien avec les différents flux financiers
Communiquer les points d’avancement
Participer activement à des réunions de suivi et écrire des comptes-rendus
Conduite du changement
Préparer les supports de communication, d’accompagnement ou de formation nécessaires à l’adoption du changement par le métier
Dispenser les formations nécessaires
Piloter les différents intervenants dans le déroulement des tests et l’implémentation des solutions
Animer les réunions et sessions de travail
Profil
Idéalement de formation initiale supérieure (type Ecole d'ingénieur, de commerce ou équivalent universitaire), vous témoignez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en lien avec des projets informatiques, acquise dans un environnement lié aux métiers de la Finance et Comptabilité.
Connaissances des principes comptables, voire expérience en Comptabilité
Expérience en projets et support informatiques nécessitant réactivité, agilité & implication
Connaissances avec le progiciel SAP Finance (SD/FI)
Connaissances en flux de ventes, d’encaissements et monétiques, et de la facturation sont nécessaires pour être pleinement à l’aise sur le périmètre
Connaissances ou expériences des systèmes de réservations et des canaux de ventes seront un grand atout (TravelBox, GTS).
Rédaction de documentation (spécifications, schémas comptables, diagrammes de processus, scripts de tests, supports de communication et de formation)
Savoir diagnostiquer et mettre en place des plans de remédiation
Utilisation du Pack Office 365
Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) est nécessaire pour faciliter la collaboration et le suivi des projets
Expérience en méthode agile / SAFE serait un plus
