Nous recherchons un(e) Chef d’Equipe Approvisionnement F/H/NB.
L’équipe Approvisionnement assure disponibilité des pièces dans les meilleures conditions de qualité, coûts, délais tout en assurant un suivi rigoureux des éventuels litiges.
Rattaché(e) au Manager Entrepôt Référent, vous pilotez l’ensemble de l’activité Approvisionnement sur le périmètre MRO/GS (Maintenance, Repair & Operations et Services Généraux).
À ce titre, vous êtes garant(e) de la disponibilité des pièces de maintenance, des consommables techniques et de l’ensemble des articles nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des parcs et des hôtels.
Vous encadrez et animez une équipe de dix gestionnaires, avec pour objectif d’assurer la fiabilité des flux, la continuité d’approvisionnement et l’optimisation des niveaux de stock.
Véritable acteur de la performance Supply Chain, vous vous appuyez sur l’analyse des données et le pilotage des KPI pour améliorer en continu les résultats.
Vos responsabilités clés :
Coordination & organisation de l’équipe :
Piloter l’activité de l’équipe Approvisionnement.
Répartir les portefeuilles et ajuster la charge de travail en fonction des priorités.
Assurer le suivi administratif & la planification de l’équipe (horaires, congés, back-up).
Accompagner la montée en compétences des gestionnaires approvisionneurs et suivre la performance individuelle.
Pilotage de la performance :
Définir, suivre et analyser les KPI (taux de service, délais, stocks, litiges…).
Mettre en place des reportings fiables et des plans d’actions associés.
Identifier les leviers d’optimisation via l’analyse des données (ERP / forecast).
Contribuer au développement d’une culture de la performance et de l’amélioration continue.
Excellence opérationnelle
Garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la réactivité des approvisionnements.
Prioriser les activités et gérer les situations critiques.
Veiller au respect des engagements fournisseurs et la réduction des litiges.
Collaboration transverse
Travailler en étroite coordination avec les Achats, la Comptabilité et les opérations et l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes à l’entreprise.
Maintenir un niveau de collaboration et de service optimal avec les clients internes.
Contribuer aux projets transverses et aux initiatives d’amélioration continue de Disneyland Paris.
Profil & compétences
Forte capacité d’analyse et réelle appétence pour la data.
Bonne Connaissance des outils ERP (SAP) et de solution de planification type Slim4.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques avec un niveau avancé sur Excel.
Leadership, sens de l’organisation et capacité à prioriser et à prendre des décisions.
Orientation résultats et amélioration continue.
Excellent relationnel et capacité à travailler en transverse avec les différents métiers et services présents à Disneyland Paris.
Votre profil ?
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau d’un Bac +3 minimum en Supply Chain, logistique ou domaine équivalent.
Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée dans la coordination et l’animation d’une équipe d’au moins 10 personnes, avec une expertise avérée dans l’approvisionnement de pièces techniques et autres catégories de produits.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français à l’écrit comme à l’oral (niveau C1 minimum) et possédez un bon niveau d’anglais (niveau B2 minimum).
Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon relationnel, sens du service et avez le goût pour le travail en équipe.
Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et vous savez gérer les priorités.
