Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité du Senior Manager Finance, vous aurez la responsabilité du pôle Marketing qui inclut principalement, la création et production de contenu, et la distribution des plans média. En qualité de partenaire clé, vous fournissez une analyse à valeur ajoutée et des informations pertinentes sur l’activité du votre périmètre.

Le pôle Marketing est représenté par une vice-présidente, ses 5 collaborateurs(trices) direct(e)s et une équipe d’environ 110 personnes.

Les Missions :

Au sein de l’équipe, vous interviendrez en support du Senior Manager ; vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Réaliser les clôtures mensuelles et l’analyse les écarts, justifiant l’exactitude du compte de résultat

  • Mettre à jour le prévisionnel des charges en collaboration avec les leaders opérationnels, et identifier les facteurs d’évolution pour délivrer un prévisionnel le plus fiable possible

  • Communiquer à l’attention des responsables Business les synthèses permettant de piloter leur activité

  • Prendre part à l'élaboration du budget et au suivi des décisions du LTP

  • Elaborer des présentations financières et communiquer les messages à faire passer (storytelling) et ce à tous les niveaux de l’organisation (équipe et direction incluse)

  • Contribuer aux projets de transformation de la division Finance

  • Développer et maintenir les outils d’analyse standards et automatisés pour le pilotage des sujets clefs

Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous avez une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+4/5, spécialisée dans le contrôle de gestion, la finance et/ou l’audit

  • Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant (B2 minimum), aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, SAP, Longview, SRH et avez idéalement des notions sur les logiciels Power BI et/ou Tableau

  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et aimez travailler en équipe

  • Vous êtes motivé(e), impliqué(e), curieux(se) et avez envie de vous investir

· Ce poste est un contrat en CDD jusqu'au 31/07/2026 au statut cadre.

· Ce poste est basé à Val d’Europe.
