Le département Digital Technology fournit, par le biais de nos sites web et de nos applications mobiles, un portail de premier niveau vers notre destination.  

 

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) développeur(se) back-end passionné(e) pour participer à la conception, au développement, à l'amélioration et au support des produits et services numériques utilisés par nos clients. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe Agile aux côtés de développeurs, de chefs de produit, d'architectes, de testeurs et de partenaires commerciaux. 

 

 

Vos Missions? 

 

  • Concevoir, développer, tester et assurer la maintenance de solutions logicielles fiables. 

  • Prendre en charge le prototypage et la mise en œuvre d’applications basées sur des agents pour les équipes métier et techniques de Disneyland Paris. 

  • Fournir des fonctionnalités à destination des produits et en support des initiatives métier. 

  • Développer des frameworks d’agents réutilisables, des modèles et des implémentations de référence. 

  • Participer à l’analyse technique, à l’estimation des efforts et à la conception de solutions. 

  • Développer des API, des intégrations et des composants d’application en respectant les normes. 

  • Participer aux revues de code et garantir la performance et maintenabilité des développements    

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires des équipes Produit, Ingénierie, Architecture, Assurance qualité et Opérations. 

  • Contribuer à la planification Agile, aux revues, aux rétrospectives, à la formation au cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC) axé sur l’IA et à l’amélioration continue. 

  • Utiliser de manière responsable les outils d’ingénierie assistés par IA afin d’améliorer la qualité, de mesurer les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et la productivité des développeurs.

Méthodos/pratiques: Agile, CI/CD, Tests automatisés, développement sécurisé 

 

 

Vos atouts pour réussir? 

 

  • Idéalement titulaire d'un Bac+4/5 en informatique, vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le développement de logiciels 

  • Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français de façon courante, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (niveau C1) 

  • Vous avez une expérience réussie dans le développement d'applications web, d'API ou d'intégration.  

  • Vous maîtrisez les principes de conception logicielle et les pratiques modernes d’ingénierie, notamment le développement agentique.  

  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de versions, des chaînes CI/CD et des tests automatisés. 

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes, de communication et de collaboration. 

  • Vous savez évoluer sereinement dans un environnement international et matriciel.

Your environment 

 

The Digital Technology Department provides a first-class digital experience through Disneyland Paris websites, e-commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and mobile applications. As part of Technology Engineering, you will help design, build, enhance, and support digital products and services used by our Guests. You will work in an Agile team with developers, product managers, architects, testers, and business partners.  

 

Your responsibilities  

 

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable software solutions.  

  • Own prototyping and implementation of agentic applications for Disneyland Paris business and technology teams.  

  • Deliver features that support product roadmaps and business initiatives.  

  • Develop reusable agent frameworks, templates, and reference implementations.  

  • Participate in technical analysis, effort estimation, and solution design.  

  • Develop APIs, integrations, and application components using established engineering standards.  

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to secure, maintainable, and reusable code.  

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Operations partners.  

  • Contribute to Agile planning, reviews, retrospectives, training AI-first SDLC and continuous improvement.  

  • Support CI/CD, automated testing, observability, troubleshooting, and production support.  

  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.  

  • Use approved AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to improve quality, measure KPIs and developer productivity.

  • At least 3 years of software development experience.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.  

  • Ability to work effectively in an international, matrixed environment.  

  • Professional proficiency in English; French proficiency is strongly valued.
