  • YouTubeチャンネルの成長を見据えた戦略立案・実行・分析・運用・レポーティング
  • YouTubeチャンネル用コンテンツ制作・海外制作コンテンツのローカライズ及びそれに関する各種業務
  • YouTubeチャンネルを活用した配信イベントの企画・運営・実行・分析
  • YouTubeチャンネルを活用したDisney／Star Wars／Marvel等のブランド及びディズニープラス作品育成のための企画立案～実行

ディズニープラス公式SNS（X／Instagram／Facebook／TikTok）を活用したブランド及びコンテンツプロモーションの企画立案～実行

  • 担当するブランド／作品のソーシャルプラン作成～投稿までの一連の業務

短尺動画の制作とOwned Mediaへの活用

  • 主にYouTubeとTikTok、Instagramで使用する短尺動画の企画・制作・US承認およびそれに関する各種業務
  • 業務に必要な社内外とのコミュニケーション・管理・交渉・承認作業
  • Owned Media（公式YouTubeチャンネル／各SNSアカウント）への効果的な横展開

必須条件:

  • YouTubeチャンネル運営とYouTubeコンテンツプランニングの経験がある方
  • 公式SNS（企業やブランドの公式アカウント）運用の経験がある方（YouTubeチャンネル運用経験のほうが優先）
  • 動画の企画・制作とその制作管理の経験のある方
  • ブランディングを深く理解し、ブランディングに沿った熟練したソーシャルアカウント管理ができる方
  • 海外担当部門との英語での口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション、英語でのレポート作成の可能な方
  • コンテンツプランニングとマーケティングスキルの双方持っている方

歓迎条件：

  • YouTubeでの広告出稿・広告用動画制作管理などの経験のある方
  • TikTokのアルゴリズムや成功事例に精通している方
  • 運用ベンダーの管理経験がある方

  • トレンドや業界の変化に興味を持ち情報収集するスキルの高い方
