Job Summary:

Disneyland Paris est la 1ᵉʳᵉ destination touristique européenne et le plus grand pôle hôtelier de France : 7 hôtels à thèmes (près de 6 000 chambres) et le Disney Village, soit environ 332 000 m² de surface bâtie représentant près de 50 % du chiffre d’affaires du resort.

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes techniques et d’un ambitieux programme de rénovation de ses hôtels (plusieurs centaines de M€), l’équipe Support des Hôtels et du Disney Village recherche son(sa) futur(e) talent pour garantir l’excellence opérationnelle, la conformité réglementaire et la performance énergétique de ses installations.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e)

                                Expert(e) Technique CVC en CDI (F/H/NB)

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Support Ingénierie & Maintenance Hôtels & Disney Village, vous êtes le référent technique CVC sur l’ensemble du périmètre. Il s’agit d’un rôle d’expertise transverse (non hiérarchique), à l’interface des équipes de maintenance des hôtels, des équipes projets et des prestataires extérieurs.

Vos missions ?

1. Exploitation & maintenance

  • Apporter un support technique de haut niveau aux équipes de maintenance des 7 hôtels et du Disney Village.
  • Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements complexes et définir les plans d’actions correctifs.
  • Optimiser la fiabilité et la disponibilité des installations (production froid, CTA, PAC, réseaux hydrauliques, ECS, GTB).
  • Monter en compétence les équipes : transmission, pédagogie, partage de bonnes pratiques.

2. Projets & rénovation

  • Apporter l’expertise CVC aux projets de rénovation, de modernisation et de construction (appui à la maîtrise d’ouvrage).
  • Contribuer à la définition des programmes et à la revue des CCTP et études (BET).
  • Piloter et/ou accompagner les entreprises extérieures : études, travaux, audits, réception technique.
  • Veiller à l’exploitabilité et à la maintenabilité des solutions retenues.

3. Référentiels & standards

  • Rédiger et faire vivre les standards techniques CVC : construction, exploitation et maintenance.
  • Définir les exigences et préconisations applicables sur le périmètre hôtelier.
  • Rédiger les comptes rendus techniques, analyses, notes et préconisations.

Transverse : énergie & conformité

  • Garantir la conformité réglementaire des installations (ERP, décret BACS, F-Gas/fluides frigorigènes, risque légionelle/ECS, qualité d’air intérieur).
  • Piloter la performance énergétique en lien avec le décret tertiaire et les objectifs de sobriété (suivi et optimisation des consommations).
  • Intégrer les exigences environnementales des projets (référentiel BREEAM).

Votre profil ?

  • Formation technique supérieure en génie climatique / énergétique (Bac +2 à Bac +5).
  • Expérience confirmée (8 ans minimum) en expertise CVC sur installations complexes, idéalement en environnement tertiaire ou hôtelier multi-sites.
  • Excellente maîtrise des installations CVC complexes et de leurs systèmes de pilotage (GTB/GTC).
  • Solides connaissances réglementaires et normatives (ERP, énergie, fluides, légionelle).
  • Capacité d’analyse, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Sens du service, pédagogie et esprit collaboratif.
  • Anglais professionnel (environnement à management international).
