Job Summary:

Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe métier sur des sujets liés au transport et à l’import/export, avec une forte dimension d’analyse ?

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Traffic et du Chef de Groupe Transport, vous optimisez les flux de transport multimodaux de marchandises (routier, aérien, maritime, rail) en veillant à la bonne application des règlementations douanes dans le respect des process de l'entreprise et des valeurs (cléfs : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et Inclusion).

Vos missions principales :

• Organiser le transport, coordonner la livraison des commandes et effectuer le dédouanement des produits en liaison avec l'ensemble des partenaires internes et externes (équipes achats, logistiques, artistique, comissionnaires de transport), 

• Assurer un suivi de la bonne prise en charge des commandes dans les délais impartis et superviser les flux de marchandises,

• Effectuer, analyser, et déployer la veille transport (règlementaire et évolution du marché),

• Assister, conseiller et orienter les partenaires internes concernant les contraintes liées au transport des marchandises de l'entreprise, 

• Analyser les différents rapports d'activité et les rapports d'anomalie et faire ses recommandations à sa hiérarchie,

• Mise en place de KPI, tableaux de bord et statistiques en relation avec l'activité transport.

Compétences techniques :

Bac + 4/5 minimum

Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans le secteur du transport et/ou de la logistique.

Maîtrise opérationnelle des Incoterms, avec une pratique confirmée depuis au minimum 5 ans.   

Vision globale de la chaîne logistique.  

Expérience significative en gestion de projet, incluant le pilotage d’actions transversales et la coordination de multiples interlocuteurs.      

Solides capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, avec aptitude à transformer les données en recommandations opérationnelles. 

Forte appétence pour les chiffres et aisance dans le suivi d’indicateurs de performance, l’analyse de données et la construction de tableaux de bord.
