Job Summary:

Au sein du département Achats Généraux de la division Construction/Maintenance, sous la responsabilité du Senior Manager Achats, vous contribuez à l’élaboration de la stratégie Achats sur le(s) portefeuille(s) dont vous avez la responsabilité, en lien avec les directions clientes.

Vous avez pour objectif de satisfaire les besoins de l’entreprise en fournissant les services nécessaires, en optimisant les niveaux de qualité, de coût dans le respect de la gestion de la conformité fournisseurs. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur·trice privilégié·e pour la gestion de la catégorie de vos catégories d'Achats.

Missions :

  • Être responsable de la veille sur le marché de l’offre (veille produits et veille fournisseurs),

  • Qualifier des fournisseurs sur les catégories dont vous avez la responsabilité,

  • Participer à l’élaboration des cahiers de charges en lien avec les utilisateurs / prescripteurs,

  • Recenser les besoins (caractéristiques, volumes) des différentes entités impliquées,

  • Mener les étapes d’appel d’offres, de sélection des fournisseurs, de négociation et d'élaboration des contrats,

  • Assurer la communication des informations sur les contrats à l’ensemble des acteurs concernés,

  • Coordonner la mesure et le pilotage de la performance fournisseurs par rapport aux objectifs contractuels,

  • Définir les objectifs et indicateurs de performance Achats de la Catégorie en cohérence avec la Stratégie Achats du Département et le besoin des clients internes,

  • Assurer le « reporting » sur les objectifs et indicateurs de performance définis,

  • Veiller à la bonne application de la politique Achats.

Profil souhaité :

Idéalement de formation Bac+4 / 5 écoles de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en Achats, vous justifiez d’une expérience de minimum 2 années dans le domaine des Achats en construction.

Maitrise du français (Niveau C1) et de l’anglais (niveau B2).

Maitrise du Pack office, la connaissance de SAP est un plus.

Doté(e) d’une vision stratégique et d’un esprit d’analyse, vous faites preuve de dynamisme, d’aisance relationnelle, de rigueur, de capacités à la négociation, d’une bonne aisance rédactionnelle.
