- Studios (Distribution de films en salle et Marketing de ces films),
- Media (chaînes linéaire Jeunesse et Découvertes, plateforme de streaming Disney+/Star),
- Produits dérivés.
Ces activités sont soutenues par un ensemble de fonctions support : Communication, Relations Presse, Finance, Legal, RH, Localisation des Contenus.

L’entreprise porte une attention toute particulière à la notoriété et l’attractivité de son portefeuille de marques (appelées Franchises). Celles-ci bénéficient de campagnes marketing, rythmées tout au long de l’année. L’offre de produit dérivés Disney, Pixar, Marvel et Star Wars s’étend à toutes les catégories et est distribuées dans tous les réseaux de distribution. Disney travaille avec des licenciés très connus du grand public comme LEGO, Hasbro, Undiz, Kiabi, Danone et Hachette.
Vous travaillerez au sein du département Produits Dérivés : Disney Consumer Products, Retail Sales & Marketing, responsable au sein de The Walt Disney Company France de la stratégie d’activation de nos franchises sur toutes les catégories de produits dans la distribution physiques et online :
Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, FOX.
Vos principales responsabilités seront :
La mise en œuvre d’opérations trade marketing liées à nos franchises avec nos distributeurs spécialistes : enseignes de jouets et de mode.
Le soutien à l’équipe de compte-clés dans le développement des ventes des produits dérivés en collaboration avec les licenciés et partenaires Disney.
Missions
Vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble des clients suivants :
Les spécialistes du jouets (Smyths Toys, La Grande Récré, JouéClub, King Jouet …)
Les Spécialistes textiles (La Halle, Gémo, Celio…)
Les nouveaux circuits
Vos missions consisteront à :
Optimiser la présence de nos licenciés chez les distributeurs afin de maximiser les ventes (outils de vérifications de présence en magasins, newsletters Marketing…)
Aider au développement des offres et opérations retail (magasins et online) : mécaniques promotionnelles, jeux-concours, animations pour réseaux sociaux… Dans l’objectif de soutenir toutes les gammes Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars par catégorie ou par franchise en suivant les objectifs de la Société
Accompagner les responsables compte-clé dans la mise en place des plans avec les différents interlocuteurs chez les distributeurs partenaires
Faire le lien entre les équipes internes : Digital, Marketing, Relations Presse et Retail pour la mise en place des plans
Préparer les bilans, piges et remonter les KPI
Aider à la coordination des événements Retail (Salon d’enseignes, Roadshows, Licensing Meeting, Joint Business Plans, etc).
PROFIL :
Etudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 Commercial / Trade marketing (Ecole de commerce ou Université)
Bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral
Maîtrise du Pack Office (surtout Powerpoint et Excel)
Autonomie, initiative, esprit d’entreprise et de synthèse
Esprit créatif
Dynamique, curieux, enthousiaste et polyvalent
Capable de gérer plusieurs projets sur des marques et des licenciés différents en même temps (organisation et gestion du temps)
Aisance relationnelle, à l’oral et à l’écrit
Esprit commercial, fortement tourné vers les autres
Force de proposition et de conviction
À l’aise en groupe, capacité à travailler avec différentes équipes
Affinité avec les marques Disney, Pixar, Marvel et Star Wars et le business des jouets et de la mode
