Votre environnement :
En étroite collaboration avec votre responsable hiérarchique, le directeur des pays et les équipes locales, vous aurez le rôle de partenaire stratégique pour les marchés allemand, néerlandais, belge, suisse et autrichien. Vous aurez la charge de la stratégie marketing et commerciale permettant d'atteindre les objectifs de fréquentation et de chiffre d'affaires de l’ensemble de ces pays.
Vos Missions :
- Diriger l'analyse des données relatives aux consommateurs, aux performances commerciales, aux résultats financiers, à la concurrence, ainsi qu'aux initiatives et campagnes passées, afin d'en tirer les principaux enseignements et d'identifier les enjeux, défis et opportunités clés, dans le but de proposer des stratégies et des initiatives appropriées, conformes aux orientations centrales, à mettre en œuvre au cours de l'année ou en vue de la préparation du Plan d'action annuel (AOP).
- Piloter les projets annuels définis dans l'AOP, notamment l'élaboration du plan média, l'architecture des messages (calendrier, messages) et les plans d'animation commerciale et gérer les analyses de ces actions et recommandations devant être partagées de manière régulière au Comité exécutif commercial.
- En plus d’élaborer les plans à court et moyen terme, contribuer à la stratégie à long terme, en basant vos recommandations sur l’analyse des données internes et externe et en y intégrant les enseignements clés.
- Participer aux analyses de rentabilité et aux réflexions menant à la validation des investissements marketing et vente.
- Être le partenaire clé des équipes centrales et locales, étant le référant et garant de la stratégie commerciale centrale au sein des marchés, en leur apportant le recul nécessaire et en les challengeant, dans l’objectif d’atteindre les résultats globaux de Disneyland Paris.
Votre profil :
- Vous avez une formation type Master/Bac +5 dans une école de commerce ou équivalence universitaire.
- Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire dans le marketing ou le conseil, dans le secteur des biens de grande consommation, cosmétiques, luxe ou tourisme.
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement le français, et l’anglais au niveau C1 ; la maîtrise de l’allemand est un atout majeur et celle du néerlandais est un plus. Une expérience à l’étranger (travail ou études) est un véritable avantage.
- Vous démontrez de solides compétences analytiques dans votre activité et vous gérez efficacement un volume important de sujets complexes.
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en rédaction commerciale, en présentation et vous savez influencer à tout niveau organisationnel.
- Vous avez la capacité avérée à mener l'élaboration de plans d'affaires et à présenter des recommandations claires au niveau direction.
- Grâce à votre curiosité, adaptabilité et esprit d’ouverture, vous savez travailler en collaboration avec des collègues de différentes fonctions et évoluer dans un environnement multiculturel.

- Ce poste est un contrat en CDD au statut cadre
- Date de début / fin : avril 2026 pour une période de 18 mois
- Ce poste est basé à Marne-La-Vallée (77)
