Au sein des équipes de Disneyland Paris et plus particulièrement des équipes Technologie et Digital (T&D), ce poste a pour objectif de participer à la vision transversale des initiatives du domaine hôtelier pour la Technologie et le Digital et au développement de l'expérience des Castmembers et des Guests. 

 

Les objectifs : 

La mission se concentrera sur deux types d'initiatives : la réhabilitation des hôtels et les projets spécifiques définis comme prioritaires selon le portfolio. 

Votre rôle :

· En qualité de Chef(fe) de Projet, vous êtes l’acteur(trice) principal(e) de la gestion en transverse des initiatives sur différents aspects pour Technologie et Digital (collecte des besoins, centralisation des impacts ainsi que de la planification, suivi des risques, des budgets et planning...).

· Vous assurez la coordination des parties prenantes techniques et digital ainsi que des partenaires hors T&D (produit, business, finance.).

Pour mener à bien vos objectifs, vous aurez pour principales missions :

· Gestion de projet :

- Point d'entrée pour les équipes T&D pour l’identification du besoin,

- Participation et animation dans la définition du besoin et de la stratégie pour T&D dans le cadre des projets,

- Coordination des équipes impactées au sein de T&D

- Mise en place et suivi de la gouvernance : identification et intégration des parties prenantes, préparation et animation des réunions,

- Suivi de projets : état d'avancement, suivi des risques et proposition d’atténuation, suivi du plan de livraison et soutien des équipes T&D.

· Planification :

- Création et suivi d'une feuille de route / planning transverse sur les initiatives T&D du domaine hôtelier,

- Consolider la planification globale avec les différents interlocuteurs,

- Anticiper les risques liés à la planification, préparer un plan d'atténuation et alerter si nécessaire.

· Gestion du budget :

- Suivi du budget T&D sur le périmètre,

- Identifier et signaler l'impact budgétaire potentiel,

- Suivi des demandes de changement.

· Communication :

- Donner de la visibilité sur l’avancement du projet et en informer les intervenants via un rapport,

- Rédiger les comptes-rendus des principales réunions de gestion de projet.

Votre profil :

· Issu(e) d'un Bac+4/5 d’une formation universitaire ou d'une école de commerce, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de 6 ans minimum en gestion de projet (y compris la planification et la gestion du budget),

· Vous possédez une expertise fonctionnelle et produit (Systèmes, processus, numérique),

· Vous maitrisez la Suite Office (Excel, Power Point),

· Vous avez de solides compétences en conduite de projet et coordination, permettant d’interagir efficacement avec des équipes diverses (Business, Tech, Digital, Finance, Produit...),

· Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais à un niveau C1 à l’oral comme à l’écrit,

· Votre sens de l’organisation vous permettra un bon suivi des actions, de structurer et de gérer vos priorités,

· Votre leadership vous permettra d’engager et de motiver les équipes,

· Vous pouvez vous adapter à différents interlocuteurs de différents métiers grâce à votre communication fluide et impactante.
