Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026 et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ? 

Au sein du Département Marketing composé d’une équipe de 12 personnes, Le Service Brand & Creative Development conçoit les identités visuelles et les contenus créatifs des campagnes de communication de Disneyland Paris.

L’équipe collabore étroitement avec le service audiovisuel pour la production et la post-production de contenus (photo & vidéo), et accompagne l’ensemble des départements dans le déploiement de leurs campagnes à l’échelle internationale. 

Ce que vous ferez 🌟 

  • Vous conceptualisez et réalisez des projets d’identité visuelle (édition, CRM, digital, Trade, PR…)
  • Vous participez à la supervision des productions photos et vidéo en lien avec l’équipe audiovisuelle et les prestataires externes
  • Vous réalisez des maquettes, prototypes et story-boards pour les présentations clients
  • Vous argumentez et défendez des choix artistiques auprès des parties prenantes
  • Vous collaborez avec des agences externes pour faire évoluer et enrichir les concepts créatifs
  • Vous adaptez des concepts existants à différents supports de communication
  • Vous contribuer à la cohérence globale des campagnes sur l’ensemble des canaux.

Ce que nous recherchons 💼  

  • Vous préparerez un Master en Direction Artistique / Graphic Designer et vous recherchez une alternance de 12 mois ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026
  • Vous disposez d’une première expérience (stage, alternance ou projets personnels), Une formation en arts appliqués (type prépa) est un plus
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (B1/B2 minimum) et un excellent niveau de français (C1)
  • Vous connaissez et savez utiliser les logiciels Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, et Illustrator (création de logos et illustration vectorielle)
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances sur les logiciels de montage Adobe After Effects , Adobe Premiere, et SAP
  • Vous avez la capacité de comprendre une stratégie et de cascader une campagne de communication sur tous les média (agence de voyage, site de voyage, poster)
  • Vous savez présenter et vendre des concepts créatifs et superviser leur exécution sur tous types de supports
  • Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de rigueur, d’un bon esprit d’analyse, d’ouverture d’esprit et d’initiative.
  • Vous avez un gout poussé pour l'illustration, et savez-vous exprimer par l'image et les vidéos
  • Un portfolio est indispensable (lien, PDF ou QR code)
