Pour notre nouveau site logistique HERCULES et sous la responsabilité du manager nous recrutons, un(e) Team Leader Logistique Entrepôts F/H/NB en charge de nos opérations logistiques au sein de la Direction Supply Chain.

Vous seconder le manager et vous vous appuyez sur une équipe composée d’environ 20 collaborateurs. Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue des opérations de Disneyland Paris. Vous pilotez votre activité en garantissant la satisfaction de vos clients internes et la maîtrise de vos coûts d’exploitation tout en préservant le climat social au sein de votre périmètre.  

Vous aurez pour missions :

  • L’animation et développement de l’équipe, ainsi qu’une collaboration 360° avec le reste des équipes Supply-Chain et Partenaires.

  • L’identification de manière proactive des opportunités d'amélioration et d’optimisation des process, de la productivité et de l’utilisation des assets.

  • L’initiation des engagements avec les clients et les partenaires internes pour aborder de manière proactive ces opportunités d'amélioration.

  • L’accompagnement dans la mise en place de ces opportunités.

Vos serez amené à :

  • Coordonner et superviser l’activité de votre équipe, favoriser le développement professionnel des collaborateurs et développer une dynamique d'équipe notamment en supportant une culture analytique et de l’amélioration continue, pour renforcer le support aux décisions.

  • Favoriser les relations et la communication avec toutes les lignes de business et/ou les partenaires supports.

  • Participer aux projets et initiatives du secteur d’activités et de la division.

Votre profil :

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience de Chef(fe) d’Equipe de 3 ans minimum avec la gestion de grandes équipes d’au moins 20 personnes en opérations.

  • Vous avez une première expérience en logistique.

  • Vous avez d’excellentes capacités d'analyse et de solides compétences en communication.

  • Vous démontrez de réelles compétences organisationnelles et faites preuve de proactivité et flexibilité dans un environnement en évolution et avec des priorités changeantes.

  • Vous savez utiliser les outils informatiques (pack office/WMS/ERP).

  • Une pratique professionnelle courante du français est nécessaire.

  • Une pratique professionnelle de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit (niveau B1).

  • Ce poste implique du port de charges, ainsi que du travail au froid positif et négatif.

  • Le poste implique des horaires flexibles entre 5h et 19h15 et la possibilité de travailler les week-ends de permanence.      

  • Un extrait judicaire B3 vierge sera demandé pour ce poste (travail en zone sous douane).
