Gestionnaire de la documentation - Construction F/H/NB – CDD
Job Summary:
Au sein du Service Design and Delivery (D&D) de la division FOS (Facilities Operation Services) de Disneyland Paris, vous travaillez de manière transversale avec tous les départements et soutenez les Chefs de Projets Construction dans la gestion documentaire.
Outre la gestion quotidienne de la documentation, vous assistez notre Experte du Pôle Documentation et vous collaborez avec les équipes de Document Control (EMPS) dans la mise en place de la structure de notre nouvelle Gestion Electronique des Documents (GED) à travers les plateformes BIM 360 et/ou Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Sous la responsabilité directe de l’Experte du Pôle Documentation, pour réussir dans votre rôle, vous devez avoir une compréhension approfondie de la gestion de documents ce qui vous permettra d’appuyer les chefs de projet dans la gestion documentaire des projets D&D et l’assimilation de nos procédures en interne et auprès des parties prenantes aux projets qui sont extérieures à Disney.
Vos principales missions :
Vous apporterez votre soutien à notre Experte du Pôle Documentation dans les activités suivantes :
- Participer à l’élaboration et à la diffusion de nouvelles procédures de gestion documentaire
- Administrer la GED (ajout de membres, attribution des accès aux dossiers) pour apporter un support à tous les utilisateurs tout en maintenant la sécurité des documents confidentiels
- Déployer les environnements projets BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud pour l’ensemble des parties prenantes, en configurant le module « FICHIERS » pour la GED et le module « REVUES » pour le suivi et la validation des livrables (visas).
- Concevoir un modèle de nomenclature et de cartouche adapté aux projets, et le déployer sur la GED
- Former et assister nos équipes internes, les Maîtrises d’OEuvre (MOE) et les Maîtrises d’OEuvre d’Exécution (MOEx)
désignées pour la conception et la réalisation de nos projets, dans le traitement des documents via les plateformes BIM 360 et ACC
- Développer les relations de partenariat avec les homologues des autres départements de la division FOS dont D&D fait partie, afin de faciliter l’archivage et la circulation des documents au sein de l’organisation.
- Participation avec kick-off-meetings des projets
- Vérifier la qualité documentaire de chaque projet, en s’assurant du respect des nomenclatures et codes cartouche, et en transmettant les audits aux Chefs de projets.
- Assister et contribuer aux initiatives d’innovation et modernisation sur son périmètre, et poursuivre l’amélioration continue.
Votre profil :
- Idéalement de formation Bac+2, spécialisée en Administration, Gestion de flux documentaires/ GED.
- Vous avec une expérience professionnelle de 2 ans minimum acquise en gestion, contrôle documentaire et/ou administration d’une plateforme de gestion électronique des documents.
- Une expérience dans la GED dans le secteur de la construction (ou secteur technique équivalent) est un atout pour ce poste.
- Maîtrise du Français (niveau C1 minimum) et de l’Anglais (idéalement niveau B2) – vous êtes notamment à l’aise sur la compréhension de documents techniques en anglais.
- Maîtrise d’outils de gestion électronique des documents (GED), d’outils de suivi et validation de livrables comme BIM 360 ou Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Maîtrise du Pack Office.
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et avez le souci du détail.
- Votre aisance relationnelle et votre sens du contact vous permettent d’échanger facilement avec les différents services pour collecter et centraliser les données.
Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDD, dès que possible et jusqu’au 30 Juin 2026 inclus, en statut Agent de Maîtrise - non cadre.
Le poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un temps plein, du Lundi au Vendredi, avec possibilité de télétravail en fonction des besoins opérationnels déterminés par votre hiérarchie.
