Job Summary:
Tous les jours, notre département Maintenance relève des challenges techniques passionnants. Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments du parc et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité.
Sous la responsabilité du Manager Maintenance du Pôle « Electricité », vous assurez l'animation des équipes en charge de la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements électrique Haute Tension et Basse Tension sur l'ensemble de notre destination et êtes le contact au quotidien des différents intervenants opérationnels et support. Vous garantissez, ainsi, la sécurité, la fiabilité, la maintenabilité et la performance opérationnelle que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients et ce, en respectant nos cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos missions :
- Piloter les actions de maintenance préventive/curative et coordonner les interventions des membres de votre équipe (23 personnes) sur les équipements haute tension et basse tension du site (armoires électriques, transformateurs, prises, éclairage, groupes électrogènes, onduleurs, etc.).
- Accompagner votre équipe sur le terrain, au quotidien : pour développer la cohésion de l’équipe, pour optimiser la productivité des techniciens et pour favoriser parmi vos collaborateurs un état d’esprit qui les amène à se dépasser et à faire preuve d’initiative,
- Assurer la formation et le développement professionnel de votre équipe,
- Gérer votre budget, pour vous doter du matériel nécessaire à la maintenance des équipements,
- Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie et des procédures et en être le relais auprès de votre équipe,
- Suivre les travaux et travailler sur les projets d’investissement de l’activité,
- Garantir une excellente relation avec vos clients internes,
- Faire appliquer les règles et les consignes de sécurité.
- Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de votre hiérarchie,
Votre Profil :
Idéalement titulaire d'un BTS en électrotechnique, vous avez (eu – (interne)) au moins 10 ans d’expérience professionnel dans le domaine de la maintenance des équipements haute tension et basse tension, dont au moins 3 ans dans des fonctions de management d’équipe.
Vous avez du leadership, une forte autonomie, le sens du service et pour vous le respect des règles de sécurité est essentiel.
Vous disposez idéalement d’une ou plusieurs habilitations électriques.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du pack Office et d’Outlook.
Connaissance de la GMAO souhaitée.
Permis B souhaité.
Poste à pourvoir en CDI en horaires 2*8.
