Vivre le développement des ventes à Disneyland® Paris, c’est contribuer à l’expérience unique de nos visiteurs dans des boutiques immersives emblématiques, avec des produits exclusifs !

Au sein de la division Merchandise, vous travaillerez en binôme avec le/la Coordinateur(trice) Développement des Ventes sur un périmètre de boutiques défini. Vous participerez à la construction de la stratégie boutiques en garantissant la rentabilité financière de votre zone (chiffre d’affaires, montant de la dépense par visiteur) tout en veillant au respect de nos cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et Inclusion.

Vos missions :  🥽

• Analyse et optimisation des performances : Fournir et analyser des données qualitatives et quantitatives pour optimiser la rentabilité financière des boutiques (chiffre d’affaires, dépense par visiteur).
• Gestion de l’offre boutique : Assigner les produits dans vos boutiques selon la stratégie établie et/ou les ruptures de stock en cours.
• Mise en avant des produits : Effectuer des observations régulières au sein des boutiques de votre périmètre pour garantir et optimiser la visibilité des produits sur les linéaires.
• Implantation des nouveautés : Participer à l’implantation des nouvelles gammes de produits lors des « remerchandising » des points de vente.
• Présence terrain: Assurer le lien entre la centrale d’achat et les opérationnels en boutique par un suivi réguliers sur le terrain.

Profil / Compétences 💼 

• Vous recherchez une alternance sur 2 ans pour préparer un niveau Master (Bac +4) en école de commerce ou équivalent.
• Une première expérience en retail (opérationnel ou support) serait un plus.
• À l’aise avec le Pack Office, particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint (niveau avancé) et une vraie appétence pour les chiffres.
• Niveau de langue : Français courant, anglais intermédiaire B1/B2 (importance de l’écrit).
Dynamique, autonome et force de proposition ; à l’aise à l’oral pour effectuer des présentations et communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs internes.
