- Manage media assets, versioning, and final deliveries, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines
- Implement best practices for file organization, media management, and export workflows for multiple platforms
- Assist with color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to enhance video quality as needed
- Create motion graphics and animated captions using Adobe After Effects templates as needed
Project Management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and production departments
- Track and update the status of projects through multiple stages of development
Production & Content Capture
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage
- Troubleshoot production challenges and technical issues in the field
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in video production, editing, and digital content creation
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Experience working with social and digital marketing specifications, including different aspect ratios and platform-specific formats
- Basic storytelling ability from the lens of a producer and video editor, with a defined sense of pacing, structure, and brand tone
- Detail-oriented, fast-paced problem solver who can manage multiple projects and deliver polished, engaging content under tight deadlines
- Willingness to assist with production shoots, including basic camera, audio, and lighting support
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, receptive attitude toward feedback
- Strong interest in Disney IP and willingness to learn brand guidelines
- Ability to travel as needed and to work odd hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with various creative plug-ins, including Maxon, Captioneer, etc.
- Experience executing quick-turn edits and adapting horizontal content for vertical formats
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Frame.io, or similar platforms
Required Education:
- No specific education is required, but a BFA or equivalent degree in film, art, graphic design, advertising, or a related field is a plus
