Au sein de Disney University, les équipes de la Formation Culture Transverse Leadership (FCTL) ont un lien direct avec la stratégie ressources humaines de Disneyland Paris et de notre politique formation & développement. Ils ont pour mission d’offrir, concevoir et de mettre en œuvre des programmes de formations pour accompagner les Cast Members sur la culture et l’héritage de l’entreprise ainsi que le management, les soft skills et le leadership en lien avec la stratégie de l’organisation et du business. Ils font vivre la culture apprenante à Disneyland Paris, développent et accompagnent les HRBP dans leur mission d’accompagnement et de conseil auprès du business sur les sujets Learning & Development en lien avec la stratégie et politique RH de Disneyland Paris
Au sein de l’équipe et sous la responsabilité de la cheffe de groupe vous rejoindrez une équipe composée de chefs de projets formation et développement et d’assistants de formation.
Vos missions :
- Accompagner le client HRBP dans la définition du besoin business et la recherche de solution de développement de compétences via une approche conseil et consulting ;
- Accompagner nos partenaires internes en proposant et développant des approches innovantes en phase avec les ambitions de Disney University ;
- Piloter et mobiliser les acteurs du projet pour coconstruire les contenus de formation ;
- Mettre en place des routines d’analyse et de suivi des données inhérentes aux projets formation et développement attribués ;
- Analyser et ajuster les budgets des projets attribués et proposer des optimisations dans une logique d’amélioration continue ;
- Optimiser les déploiements des sessions de formation, mettre en place les process d'évaluation et analyser les ajustements nécessaires ;
- Animer et faciliter des formations ou ateliers ;
- S’assurer de la mise en application des process en cours et être force de proposition sur de nouveaux process structurants et efficaces ;
- Contribuer aux projets transverses RH ou Business impactant la formation et le développement des compétences ;
- Réaliser une veille sur des thématiques attribuées ou tendances du marché

Vos atouts pour réussir ?
- Idéalement de formation Bac +5, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum en pilotage de projets d'envergure que vous avez mené de A à Z idéalement en ressources humaines ou formation ;
- Vous avez une réelle appétence pour l’accompagnement et le développement des compétences.
- Vous avez également une expérience dans l’animation d’ateliers d’intelligence collective ;
- Vous avez une bonne maitrise du pack office et une appétence pour les outils digitaux ;
- Vous parlez couramment français (niveau C2) et disposez d’un niveau courant en anglais (niveau C1) ;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre communication interpersonnelle, votre capacité d’analyse et d’influence, votre force de proposition, votre capacité à vous adapter à tout type d’interlocuteur/public.
