Dans le cadre du renforcement de sa stratégie d’attractivité des talents, Disneyland Paris, recrute un(e) Créateur(trice) de contenu spécialisé(e) en Marque Employeur et Marketing RH.
Vous serez chargé(e) de concevoir et produire des contenus engageants et innovants à destination de nos différentes plateformes « Carrières » sociales et digitales, avec pour objectif de promouvoir notre culture d’entreprise et notre promesse employeur, valoriser nos Cast Members et la diversité de leurs parcours et métiers, ainsi que soutenir les campagnes de recrutement.
Vos Missions :
1. Production de contenu éditorial & visuel
- Élaborer des contenus variés dédiés à nos plateformes Carrières (vidéos, interviews, carrousels, stories, formats courts, etc) en lien avec la vie de l’entreprise, les métiers et les profils, les valeurs, les engagements, les événements, etc.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Talent Acquisition, Communication RH, D&I, pour identifier les sujets à valoriser.
2. Déploiement sur les réseaux sociaux
- Adapter les contenus à chaque plateforme (LinkedIn, Instagram, facebook et YouTube principalement.) en fonction des cibles
3. Alignement stratégique & cohérence de marque
- Garantir la cohérence des messages avec la plateforme de marque employeur, la charte éditoriale et les valeurs de l’entreprise.
- Intégrer les enjeux de diversité, d’inclusion, et d’attractivité dans les messages diffusés.
4. Suivi des performances
- Suivre les KPIs de performance (taux d’engagement, vues, clics, partages).
- Proposer des axes d’optimisation basés sur les analyses de résultats et les tendances du marché.
- Participer à la veille concurrentielle et aux benchmarks Marque Employeur.
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac +5 et vous disposez d’une première expérience significative en création de contenus. Idéalement en entreprise ou en agence, sur des thématiques Marque Employeur ou Communication RH.
- Vous maîtrisez le fonctionnement et les codes des principaux réseaux sociaux : LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils de création visuelle et vidéo : Canva, Suite Adobe, CapCut.
- Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux du storytelling, de la rédaction web, du montage vidéo et de la narration visuelle.
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les sujets RH, RSE, inclusion, diversité, et plus globalement pour les problématiques humaines en entreprise.
- Vous êtes une personne créative dans vos formats, vous êtes capable de proposer des contenus innovants et disposez impérativement d’un portfolio pour illustrer votre travail.
- Vous savez faire preuve de curiosité et vous approprier des informations complexes pour les transformer en contenus clairs, engageants et adaptés à votre audience.
- Vous faites preuve d’une bonne aisance relationnelle et êtes capable d’interagir avec une grande diversité de publics internes.
- Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse et autonome, vous savez vous organiser, prioriser et mener plusieurs projets de front.
- Vous êtes une personne attentive aux enjeux d’image de marque et respectez strictement les règles de confidentialité.
- Vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais minimum B2.
Informations pratiques :
- Ce poste est un contrat en CDD au statut cadre.
- Date de début : avril 2026 et date de fin : 29/09/2026
- Basé à Marne-La-Vallée et exige une forte flexibilité sur la disponibilité (matins, soirs, Week-ends principalement pour les tournages).
