  • Manage multiple workstreams across a large, matrixed group of partners, with various deadlines, constraints, and stakeholder needs.
  • Run the day-to-day coordination of company-wide campaign moments, keeping partners aligned, managing timelines, and resolving issues. Serve as the main point of contact for partners bringing these moments to life across business lines.
  • Work alongside the Creative and Go-To-Market team to ensure creative assets and activations stay true to each campaign’s story and objectives.
  • Adapt a 1+1=3 mindset to proactively identify and secure synergy opportunities across the company.
  • Track and learn from the performance of cross-company campaigns, using data to find ways to keep getting smarter.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to shape how the team approaches strategy and mobilization for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, or related roles, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge about Disney IP and passion for the brands and franchises are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand and marketing strategy, with a demonstrated ability to build a strategic throughline and mobilize cross-functional partners around it.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to present to large groups, build relationships and alignment, and influence stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for entertainment and pop culture, with a finger on the pulse of current trends and industry developments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
