Disney Consumer Products (DCP) のリテールチーム担当マネージャーは、日本市場における小売チャネル戦略を策定し、ライセンシーの全カテゴリー製品の売上拡大を図るとともに、日本の大手小売業者との Direct-to-Retail (DTR) 事業やその他の新規ビジネスモデルの構築を推進します。

マーケティングチームを含む、他部門（メディア、スタジオ、ストア、ゲーム、パブリッシング）と連携し、小売チャネル戦略に沿ってディズニー全体のブランディング、シナジーの最大化を目指します。

また、チームマネージャーとして現状分析を適切に行い、チーム全体の目標達成に向けてメンバーの成長をサポートします。

職務内容:

  • ビジネス戦略に沿ってDCPリーダーおよびカテゴリーチームと緊密に連携し、日本におけるサードパーティ商業化ビジネス向けの小売チャネル戦略を策定および実装する。
  • 日本市場の主要小売（EC小売業者を含む）と交渉し、ライセンシー製品の販売促進スペースを創出する。
  • 主要小売業者と連携し、Direct-to-Retail (DTR) の新規ビジネスチャンスやPB製品開発を含む新規ビジネスモデルを策定する。
  • マーケティングチームと緊密に連携し、ライセンシー製品のビジネスチャンスを最大化するためのマーケティング・プロモーション活動を推進する。
  • ライセンシーのマーケティング活動を積極的に支援し、カテゴリーチームおよびマーケティングチームと緊密に連携して、チャネルや業種を問わずディズニーゲストのエンゲージメントを高める。
  • 日本の主要小売業者とJBP（共同事業計画）を策定・実施し、ディズニーブランドとプロパティを活用したWin-Win戦略を構築する。
  • 主要小売業者との信頼関係を構築し、事業計画や売上予測などの情報をタイムリーに入手する。
  • プロダクトデザインチームおよびAPACクリエイティブチームと緊密に連携し、小売クリエイティブの提案を行う。
  • 明確かつ挑戦的な戦略と目標の設定を通じて、チームのモチベーションを高める。
  • チームメンバーと共に、DCP全体を目標達成へと導く。
  • チームメンバーのパフォーマンスを評価し、効果的なコーチングを行うことで、将来のリーダーとして育成する。

必須条件:

  • 3年以上のチームマネージメント経験
  • 消費財関連企業における5年以上の法人営業経験
  • 国内大手小売企業向け営業経験
  • 顧客先経営層に対するビジネスプレゼンテーション、ビジネス提案経験
  • 強いプレッシャーの下、業務の優先順位を付けながら高い売上目標を達成した経験
  • 担当商品・サービスの販促プロモーション企画の立案、実行経験
  • マーケット分析、消費者インサイト分析経験
  • 複数の部署と連携するプロジェクトをリードした経験
