Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a vacation ownership/timeshare program that allows guests to enjoy Disney vacations and travel experiences around the world for years to come. The Global Sales Contact Center (GSCC), part of Disney Vacation Club, is seeking a GSCC DVC Associate! We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, both by phone and virtually. Promoting DVC is truly a team effort, but it all starts with the GSCC DVC Associate by connecting with guests over the phone and inviting them to learn more about DVC from the comfort of their home.

This is a performance-driven sales role that involves making outbound calls to warm leads and following structured scripts while keeping conversations natural. If you are someone who can easily start conversations virtually and naturally influence others in a short amount of time, this sales opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!

You will report to the DVC Sales Experience Manager.

This is a Full-Time, onsite role with the opportunity to occasionally work from home based on performance.

What You Will Do

  • Connect with warm leads through high-volume outbound calls, using active listening and persuasive communication to introduce Disney Vacation Club and guide guests to the next step in their journey.
  • Manage daily call campaigns, including first-time contacts, follow-ups, and reassigned leads, while reviewing guest information to personalize each interaction.
  • Schedule sales tours and appointments, transfer qualified guests to sales partners, and support inbound or other virtual sales activities as needed.
  • Document call outcomes, navigate multiple systems efficiently, and maintain strong productivity in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Follow call scripts and sales guidelines naturally, overcome objections, adapt to shifting priorities, and stay focused on guest connection and conversion goals.
  • Stay focused and productive in a highly repetitive sales environment, maximizing available time to consistently complete outreach and drive results.

 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience with Guest interactions in a comparable sales center or call center environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows-based systems and call center applications, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to company-specific software.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to consistently make outbound calls.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, daytime, and/or late evening, and adjust schedules based on business needs.
  • Professional reliability and ability to adhere to the attendance policy, including scheduled work shifts, lunch/breaks, and punctuality.
  • Potential opportunity to work from home, with a professional environment suitable for making phone calls. All necessary equipment will be supplied.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Disney’s service standards and how they could potentially drive success in the Disney Vacation Club sales through service process.
  • Multi-lingual in addition to English (Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese).
  • Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club.
  • A strong understanding of Disney standards and Guest service expectations.
