How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Manager, Production Finance will join the team to oversees the financial management and governance of Original Productions across LATAM, partnering with internal content teams and third-party production companies to ensure financial discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance throughout the full production lifecycle.


This role is responsible for budget oversight, cost reporting, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and adherence to Production Finance policies and controls. It ensures accurate financial reporting, milestone-based payment approvals, and the proper implementation of production finance processes, including banking structures and accounting systems for each production.

As a strategic business partner, the Manager Production Finance supports greenlight decisions through financial analysis and risk assessment, monitors economic variables impacting productions, and provides recommendations to optimize resources and production value. The role also leads and develops the production finance team while fostering strong cross-functional and external partnerships to balance creative objectives with financial accountability.

The Manager Production Finance will be responsible for:

  • Managing communication with third party production companies in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia, work together with them and supervise the production companies’ budgets, schedules and deliverables.
  • Working closely with production teams, providing financial oversight across the full production lifecycle.
  • Being responsible for the control of “other programming cost budget” and other general reports managed by production finance (Cost Reports, Cash Flow, contracts with third parties, etc.).
  • Supervising and overseeing cost Report and bank statement reconciliations in line with Production Finance manual.
  • Controlling cash flow changes, analyzing impact on the payment schedule and generating amendment when it is applied.
  • Set up production finance processes for each show such as banking and accounting systems.
  • Developing team skills and lead them to obtain results optimizing the use of time.
  • Complying with production and finance reports with deadlines.
  • Using production experience to offer suggestions to improve production or postproduction plans on each assigned show/series.
  • Providing vendors with all technical specs, clock and credit requirements and advice on all technical and business standard operating guidelines, budget reviews, schedule changes, as well as following delivery payments in time and wrapping up costs.
  • Generating financial analysis about potential risks based on economic variables.
  • Actively participating in project development, providing support to production teams. Assist producers on administrative procedures.
  • Foster strong working relationships with each production company and balance the needs of the network content team with them, looking to achieve the highest editorial quality and production value.
  • Approving payments as milestones are met.
  • Participating in continuing adding information to the Original Productions rate card and in the comparison with the industry market.
  • Being Responsible for weekly reports, including pipeline/visual tracking of OP in LATAM to internal departments.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Production Accounting, ideally within media/entertainment or content production environments.
  • Strong expertise in production finance, including budgeting, cost reporting, cash flow management, and financial governance across the production lifecycle. Deep understanding of financial controls, risk management, and compliance within production settings.
  • Proven experience supporting greenlight processes with financial analysis and strategic recommendations. Demonstrated ability to lead finance workflows across multiple productions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Upper intermediate level of English.
