How will you contribute to our magical experience?

As Supervisor, DTC Executive Reporting, you will play a key role in supporting business decision-making for Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer streaming business, Disney+.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing, consolidating, and evolving executive-level reporting and insights, helping translate complex performance data into clear, accurate, and actionable narratives acting as a critical filter to ensure data integrity and strategic alignment for leadership.

You will work closely with partners across Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Ad Sales to ensure reporting is consistent, insightful, and timely—supporting strategic conversations and operational decisions across the DTC business.

The Supervisor, DTC Executive Reporting will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly executive reports, focused on business, content, and subscriber performance.
  • Consolidating and validating KPIs and inputs from cross-functional partners, ensuring data accuracy and alignment.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong governance over reporting inputs, ensuring cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, Product) provide timely and consistent data.
  • Transforming quantitative and qualitative data into clear, executive-ready insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identifying relevant business movements and performance signals, providing 'forward-looking' insights that support leadership conversations with fact-based forecasts and trends.
  • Preparing high-impact executive decks and briefs, combining data accuracy with strong storytelling, clear narrative structure, and effective visual design to support leadership decision-making.
  • Translating complex performance data into compelling business stories, ensuring insights are framed with a clear “so what” and action-oriented narrative.
  • Applying visual storytelling best practices (slide structure, hierarchy, clarity, and design) to enhance understanding and engagement in executive-facing materials.
  • Ensuring executive presentations are concise, visually clear, and aligned with leadership expectations, balancing depth of insight with simplicity of message.
  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks, templates, and processes to increase consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensuring reporting reflects the subscriber and business perspective, helping leadership understand performance through a clear narrative lens.
  • Acting as a reliable execution partner for senior stakeholders, with strong attention to detail, quality, and deadlines.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in executive reporting, business operations, analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience working with data-driven performance reporting in digital, media, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives.
  • Proven experience in storytelling, narrative development, and visual design for executive presentations.
  • Hands-on experience working within Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs) for the preparation of executive-ready materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Slides, with the ability to build clear, well-structured, and visually impactful executive decks.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to combine data outputs from dashboards and reports into clear visual narratives suitable for senior leadership audiences.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and materials for senior leadership, with a strong focus on clarity, storytelling, and business relevance.
  • Proven ability to synthesize information, prioritizing key messages to avoid data overload in executive communications.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment, maintaining extreme attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, curiosity about business drivers, and a strong sense of ownership.
