As Vice President, Analytics Engineering & Operations, you will lead the connective tissue and decision infrastructure of DnA, ensuring our analytics function is trusted, fast, scalable, and operationally excellent across Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.

You will also serve as a senior cross-functional partner to leaders across DTC, Product & Technology, Finance, and ESPN, helping embed reliable, well-governed analytics into the day-to-day operations of the business.
Responsibilities

Lead DnA Operations, PMO, and TPM, ensuring predictable, on-time delivery across cross-DnA programs through operational rigor, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment, and ensuring strategic alignment and enablement through standardized operational rhythms, transparent planning, and consistent narratives across DnA.
Lead International Analytics as the global operations engine, partnering with regional Data & Analytics teams to roll out common solutions and standards, localize tools and processes, and foster global-to-regional alignment.

Oversee core operational pillars including tooling and enablement (Looker, Tableau, and proprietary AI tools), analytics operations, and reporting for launch initiatives and executive-facing deliverables, ensuring data integrity, quality, and SLA compliance.
Partner with senior leaders across DTC, Product & Technology, Finance, and ESPN to define success metrics for company initiatives and enable data support for measurement and tracking in partnership with Data Platforms teams.
Architect and execute the operating model for DnA's connective tissue, including ways of working, intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks that scale across DnA and its cross-functional partners.
Act as a neutral, expert third party gaining alignment across business, technology, finance, and regional stakeholders while maintaining analytical and operational rigor.
Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and structured leadership growth, building managers into senior leaders and establishing team culture, identity, and career pathways that blend technical excellence with business acumen.
