Job Summary:

Overall Purpose of the Role

This role is based in Taiwan and will report directly to Partnership Marketing Lead who is based in Singapore.

Disney Entertainment is part of The Walt Disney Company, which includes the company’s full portfolio of entertainment media and content businesses globally, including streaming.

We are seeking for an individual to join Disney Entertainment, Partnership team, where you will be given an opportunity to be exposed to the media & entertainment and OTT industry and learn the ropes of how to work within a dynamic, independent media organisation focused on achieving impact in the region.

Require a marketing trained personnel to represent as Disney+ Partnership Marketing to manage Disney+ Partnership across the Developed Asia cluster (HK,TW, SG and MY).

  • Working closely with Integrated Marketing to align on upcoming key content title pipeline and marketing plan.
  • Plan and strategize to integrate Disney+ into existing and upcoming partners’ campaign and activations to promote Disney+ key content titles
  • Create cross-partner opportunities to help drive conversion and other key KPIs for Disney+ 

Areas of Responsibility

  • To provide marketing support and assist in managing and executing partner centric initiatives.
  • Identifies, plans and coordinates partnership marketing related projects, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies.
  • Promote a test-and-learn culture to constantly find opportunities for growth and optimization 
  • Create and drive marketing value for both internal and partners' marketing and also drive conversion.
  • Measure and evaluate the marketing effectiveness and identify ways to improve the reach and effectiveness.
  • Track and ensure Partners’ marketing spend commitment are on track.
  • Manage internal and external marketing expectation and timeline
  • In-partnership with key stakeholders and partners, develop, document and integrate new and revised processes, standards and business rules.
  • Collaborate with a broad audience of key stakeholders and external partners, across Marketing, Public Relations, Legal, Corporate Communications and many other line of business
  • Manage project timelines and proactively identify constrained resources, conflicting priorities, and scheduling issues.
  • Provide creative support and input for partnership marketing collaterals such as EDM, presentation decks.

Overall Requirements

  • We are looking for a passionate individual with a curious mindset and a keen interest in learning and contributing actively during discussion, brainstorming sessions, business partner reviews, and initiatives that support key business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle partners day to day operations and monthly review session to drive key business goals.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude, with respectful competitiveness, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Someone who brings positive energy to the team, is proactive in taking on new challenges, and is open to feedback and continuous development.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Must be available for full-time on-site working  (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm)

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills, able to manage multiple projects/campaigns at one time
  • Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams.
  • Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for creatives, marketing and partnerships.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Positive attitude and demonstrates professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to partners’ campaigns and overall business growth.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strategic thinker with good communications skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Additional language spoken such as Cantonese will be a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Keynote
  • Proficient in Video editing software will be a plus
  • Having prior experience in other OTT industry will be a plus
