Au sein du Centre de Relations Clients, nos équipes projets ont la responsabilité de l’amélioration et de l’intégration des systèmes de distribution et de contacts, en fournissant des fonctionnalités innovantes qui éliminent les frictions et fluidifient l’expérience client.
Dans une logique d’amélioration continue de l’expérience de nos Guests et de nos collaborateurs, nous recherchons un(e) Project Leader pour accompagner la transformation de nos systèmes transactionnels et optimiser l’expérience collaborateur lors de leur utilisation.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de Project Leaders, d’Administrateurs Systèmes et de testeurs. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement bienveillant, où l’entraide, le travail collaboratif et le partage d’expertise sont des facteurs clés de réussite.
Vos missions ?
Vous piloterez un ou plusieurs projets liés aux évolutions des systèmes de distribution et de contacts, avec pour objectif d’améliorer la valeur apportée aux utilisateurs et d’optimiser leur expérience. À ce titre, vous suivrez la performance des solutions mises en place et serez le/la garant(e) de la vision du Centre de Relation Client, ainsi que de la qualité de l’expérience utilisateur.
Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre large, en intégrant pleinement les enjeux d’expérience utilisateur, et contribuerez activement à l’accompagnement au changement en support des agents du Centre de Relation Client.

Vos principales missions consistent à :
· Assurer la bonne réalisation des missions et des engagements définis avec la hiérarchie, en prenant en charge des projets stratégiques avec les équipes internes et externes.
· Apporter un soutien à l’équipe projet, faciliter la coordination avec les interlocuteurs clés internes et externes pour garantir une collaboration fluide.
· Produire des documents de suivi mesurables et vérifiables, partagés avec la direction et les équipes concernées, pour assurer le suivi de l’avancement et des résultats du projet.
· Vérifier la cohérence des plannings et des ressources, coordonner les activités entre les interlocuteurs et partenaires pour assurer le bon déroulement du projet.
· Garantir la réactivité, la gestion des priorités et la résolution des problèmes pour maintenir la qualité de service et la satisfaction des clients.
· Animer les réunions projet, rédiger et transmettre les comptes rendus, et élaborer les supports de communication adaptés pour assurer la bonne gestion et la clarté des informations.

Votre profil ?
- Issu(e) idéalement d’une formation Bac +3 à Bac +5, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de projets d’envergure.
- Vous disposez d’un fort esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, vous permettant d’identifier les besoins des clients et de les traduire en projets concrets et structurés.
- Curieux(se) et engagé(e), vous êtes enthousiaste à l’idée d’explorer de nouvelles technologies et attentif(ve) à l’évolution des systèmes, afin de proposer des améliorations continues.
- Autonome et responsable, vous êtes capable de piloter un projet dans sa globalité, depuis sa conception jusqu’à sa mise en œuvre, en intégrant les enjeux de change management.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral (niveau C1).

Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral, capable de prendre la parole en public et de défendre vos idées
Vous savez prendre des décisions, tout en facilitant la communication et la collaboration entre plusieurs parties prenantes
Vous faites preuve d’une grande adaptabilité, notamment face aux changements de priorités ou de projets.
