Alternance – Chargé(e) de partenariats (F/H/NB)
Job Summary:
Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?
Le département Corporate Alliances & Partnerships a pour vocation de bâtir et d’orchestrer les grands partenariats de marque entre Disneyland Paris et les entreprises qui souhaitent durablement associer leur image à notre destination en devenant nos Partenaires Officiels sur leurs industries respectives.
A travers la construction de ces relations aux multiples dimensions, l’équipe Corporate Alliances & Partnerships contribue significativement au revenu de Disneyland Paris, grâce à des relations long-terme, stratégiques et profondément ancrées dans la force de l’association de marque. Ces partenariats sont clés pour faire rayonner notre destination à travers des synergies pertinentes à la fois pour le Partenaire et pour Disneyland Paris.
L’objectif de l’équipe Corporate Alliances & Partnerships est de faire vivre et animer les partenariats existants à travers divers projets (campagnes marketings, événements sur site, opérations de communication et d’influence…) et d’aller chercher de nouveaux Partenaires sur des nouveaux secteurs d'activité.
Vos missions : 🥽
Vous accompagnez une équipe de Chargé(e)s de comptes dans sa gestion d'un portefeuille de Partenaires et la recherche de nouveaux partenaires.
Vous ferez l'interface entre Disneyland Paris et des entreprises reconnues dans divers secteurs d'activité, telles que : Coca-Cola, Visa, Bel, PepsiCo, Mars, Magnum, etc. à travers les missions suivantes :
- Vous coordonnez certains projets et activations Partenaire : gérer la planification, comprendre les enjeux Disneyland Paris/Partenaire, assurer la liaison avec les départements appropriés et anticiper les potentiels besoins
- Vous compilez, complétez, créez des rapports et des présentations à des fins internes et externes, et être prêt à présenter en anglais à l'équipe, aux partenaires et aux prospects
- Vous coordonnez les événements des partenaires (money can't buy, activation influence, shooting, convention partenaire...), mettez en place le suivi des avantages contractuels liés à l'hospitalité (billets, nuitées, visites VIP, etc.), en collaboration avec les équipes évènementielles
- Vous participez à des réunions et à des brainstormings pour créer des initiatives d’opérations de communication et marketing
- Vous proposez une ligne éditoriale et des contenus sur les différents supports de communication (interne et externe)
- Vous animez, développez le réseau interne au sein de Disneyland Paris et The Walt Disney Company
- Vous menez des études de marché et des analyses de données, en vous appuyant sur les outils internes à disposition (TGI, Kantar...)
- Participer à la création des documents contractuels (rédaction, relecture)
Profil / Compétences 💼
- Vous préparerez un Master 2 en Marketing / Communication / Partenariats & Sponsoring / Enternainement et recherchez une alternance de 12 mois à partir de septembre 2026 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation)
- Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant (C1 minimum)
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, notamment PowerPoint
- Vous avez une première expérience en Marketing / Communication / Partenariats sponsoring /gestion de projets (stage et alternance compris)
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, sérieux avec une forte capacité à analyser et à synthétiser
- Vous avez une aisance relationnelle, le sens de l’adaptabilité et avez une réelle capacité à construire des relations avec nos partenaires/prospects.
- Vous êtes enthousiaste, curieux, bon communicant, créatif, sociable, force de proposition et êtes intéressé par les marques et leurs stratégies de communication
