Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?

Rattaché(e) au Senior Reporting Analyst "Special Projects Business Strategy & Finance", votre rôle sera de l'aider à identifier et mettre en place des outils et processus permettant une meilleure efficacité au sein de l'ensemble du département Business Strategy & Finance.

                                                                                                                                   

Vos missions :  🥽

  • Créer des dashboard (Tableau / Power BI) à destination des différents partenaires BSF
  • Développer des flow charts pour visualiser toutes les étapes d'un processus et identifier des améliorations possibles
  • Mettre en place des outils de tracking pour suivre l'avancée des projets d'optimisation
  • Participer à des projets d'innovation (POC sur des sujets d'IA)
  • Réaliser de la veille technologique et benchmark régulière pour accroitre les connaissances du département en matière de RPA (Robot Process Automation) d'outils de visualisation (PowerBI, Tableau), d'Articial Intelligence and Machine Learnings et de méthodologie d'amélioration de performance (Lean, Six Sigma...)
  • Valoriser et communiquer sur les projets de transformation réalisés

                       

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparerez un Master en en Sciences de Gestion, en Ecole de commerce, ou Ecole d’ingénieur pour une alternance de 12 mois ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation)
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en tant que Data Analyst
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais (B2) et êtes capable de communiquer efficacement dans un environnement international
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (notamment Excel), et vous maitrisez les outils de visualisation de données comme Tableau ou PowerBi
  • Vous avez de l’experience avec un outil d'automatisation (VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet, Copilot Studio, Uipath…) serait un plus.
  • Vous savez gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et travailler en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur l'équipe          
  • Vous avez une bonne communication écrite et orale et avez la capacité de réaliser des présentations à un large public
  • Vous êtes orienté solution et avez la capacité à résoudre des problématiques en autonomie
  • Vous avez l’esprit critique et la capacité à remettre en cause l’existant
