About the Role & Team 

 

The Disney+ Affiliate Partnership and Linear Channels Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading two key areas of the business: Disney+ Affiliate Partnerships and Linear Channels Marketing.

This is a maternity cover position on an approximate 6-month fixed-term contract, with a planned start date in October.

Disney+ Affiliate Partnerships


The role will focus on the day-to-day management of Disney+'s affiliate platform partnerships, ensuring close collaboration with existing partners to maximize marketing value while maintaining full alignment with Disney's global brand guidelines. The successful candidate will work closely with both local and regional stakeholders to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that strengthen Disney+'s visibility, enhance the customer experience, and maximize the value of each partnership.

Linear Channels Marketing


The role will also lead the annual marketing planning and execution for Disney's linear channels. Responsibilities include developing and managing the yearly marketing budget, planning and delivering campaigns across multiple platforms, and ensuring effective execution throughout the year. Working closely with platform partners and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will identify opportunities to maximize channel visibility, reach relevant target audiences, and create meaningful marketing value for all partners.

This is a highly collaborative position requiring strong relationship management skills, commercial thinking, and excellent execution capabilities. The individual will work cross-functionally with local, regional and global teams, as well as external platform partners, to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that support Disney's strategic objectives across both Disney+ and the linear channels portfolio.

This role will be based in Tel Aviv our office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do 

  • Manage the day-to-day marketing relationship with Disney+ platform partners, ensuring smooth execution of joint marketing initiatives and alignment with Disney's global brand guidelines.

  • Build strong working relationships with local, regional and external stakeholders to maximize the visibility and commercial value of Disney+ across partner platforms.

  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets, creative approvals and campaign implementation across all Disney+ partners.

  • Monitor partnership performance, analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to optimize marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing partnership activities, campaign performance and key business insights.

  • Collaborate closely with regional Disney+ teams to localize campaigns and ensure consistent execution of global marketing initiatives.

  • Identify new marketing opportunities with existing partners to drive innovation, enhance customer experience and create mutual business value.

  • Lead the annual marketing planning process for Disney's Linear Channels portfolio, including budget planning, campaign development and execution.

  • Manage the annual marketing budget for the Linear Channels business, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ongoing budget tracking throughout the year.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize channel awareness and reach relevant target audiences across all distribution platforms.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with platform partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that deliver measurable value for both Disney and its distribution partners.

  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, PR, Creative, Legal, Commercial and Regional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across both Disney+ and the Linear Channels portfolio.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution, effective budget management and timely delivery of all marketing activities.

  • Regularly analyze campaign performance, market trends and audience insights to identify opportunities for continuous optimization and improved marketing effectiveness.

  • Support quarterly and annual business planning through detailed budget tracking, purchase order management and financial reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills  

  • Proven Marketing experience at a Marketing Supervisor/Junior Manager level

  • Experience working within the Entertainment industry (TV, SVOD or Theatrical) preferred

  • Ability to formulate, manage high profile, end to end marketing campaigns

  • Previous agency management experience

  • Previous budget management experience

  • Strong strategic marketing capabilities and implementation skills

  • Meticulous organizational skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Strong business sense

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
