Rejoignez l’équipe Digital Marketing Content de Disney+ et participez activement à la visibilité, à l’engagement et à la notoriété de nos contenus originaux locaux et General Entertainment sur les réseaux sociaux.
Au sein de cette équipe, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre de campagnes digitales ambitieuses mêlant social media, influence, brand content et opérations spéciales, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, média, créatives et nos partenaires externes. Votre objectif : concevoir et piloter des dispositifs performants et impactants pour faire rayonner les contenus Disney+ auprès de nos audiences.
Ce poste est un poste en CDD a pourvoir jusqu'a la fin septembre 2026 dans nos locaux a Paris 16eme.
Vos missions :
En lien avec les équipes marketing et media digital, vous participez à la définition du mix et de la séquence de communication des campagnes digitales, dans le respect des guidelines Disney. Vous pilotez la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des activations social media, influence et brand content, de la conception à l’analyse des performances.
Vous travaillez étroitement avec les agences et partenaires :
- Avec l’agence influence, vous contribuez à définir des stratégies créatives alignées avec les objectifs marketing : sélection des créateurs, idéation des concepts, suivi opérationnel et analyse des résultats.
- Avec les partenaires médias (Allociné, Konbini, Brut, Prisma, etc.), vous participez à la conception et à la production d’activations digitales innovantes : formats vidéos sur mesure, interviews, capsules éditoriales, contenus social media, contenus contextualisés ou activations événementielles.
- Avec l’agence social media, vous élaborez et pilotez les stratégies de contenus sur l’ensemble des plateformes, supervisez la production des assets et analysez les performances des activations.
Vous assurez également le suivi budgétaire hebdomadaire de vos campagnes, le reporting et l’analyse des performances social media, influence et brand content. Vous contribuez à l’identification des best practices à travers une approche Start / Stop / Continue afin d’optimiser les campagnes futures.
Enfin, vous collaborez avec les équipes internes Disney (PR, partenariats, production, marketing, média) afin de maximiser les synergies et la cohérence des prises de parole autour des contenus.
Votre profil :
Vous justifiez d'une premiere expérience significative en marketing digital, avec une expertise confirmée sur les sujets social media, influence et brand content. Une expérience dans les secteurs des médias, du divertissement ou du contenu est fortement appréciée.
Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre expertise digitale, votre sens de la collaboration et votre orientation résultats. Vous aimez travailler avec des équipes créatives, développer et affiner des concepts, et évoluer dans des environnements dynamiques et exigeants.
Vous faites preuve d’agilité, de rigueur et d’un excellent sens de l’organisation. Vous possédez de solides compétences de communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, et maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais dans un contexte professionnel.
