Job Summary:

Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) is looking for a Manager, Product Management to support new business initiatives and strategic priorities. The role will be responsible for informing product strategy, concept development, and defining and executing these initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders and partners. The team's work spans across US Parks digital touchpoints including web and app. We want someone ready to collaborate with some of the best storytellers in the industry, leverage cutting edge technologies, and support a cross functional team that connects Guests with some of the most beloved characters, universes, and worlds of all time.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical and collaborative, thrives in a complex matrix environment while wearing multiple hats, and can work with autonomy and accountability. They excel at synthesizing diverse technologies, data sources, and business capabilities into intuitive, high-quality digital experiences that guests love, balancing innovation with simplicity to deliver measurable impact.

The Manger, Product Management will report to the Senior Manager, Product Management and support the Attractions & Entertainment (A&E) portfolio of products.  Candidates should have working knowledge of the digital A&E experiences, as well as the operational understanding of the business.  Additionally, they will have demonstrated proficiency in strategy development, excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven experience driving alignment across multiple stakeholders. Having a deep understanding of current capabilities as it relates to the digital Guest experience and in-depth proficiency managing digital products for mobile and web technology development is extremely important.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Attractions & Entertainment portfolio of products & experiences in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and executive leaders

  • Translate Guest needs, market trends, and commercial goals into clear product priorities and deliverables

  • Develop and communicate the vision for complex programs in consideration of strategy, technology, business drivers and business value into consumable written and verbal communications and strategy presentations.

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and MVP to scaling and optimization

  • Partner with engineering, design, project, and business partners to develop and refine A&E products & experiences

  • Define clear success metrics, OKRs, and measurement frameworks for the Guest experience and business impact

  • Provide oversight and guidance in translating product concepts into product plans including epics, stories, and other appropriate product deliverables (project briefs, scope/requirement documents, prioritized needs, etc.)

  • Support content update needs and team members for all A&E digital content across channels

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as a product leader for the A&E portfolio, influencing across technical, creative, business teams and strategic partners

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth adoption and Guest education

  • Lead product teams and directly develop more junior team members.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years working in digital/technology leading large-scale projects

  • Proven track record in delivering consumer-facing digital experiences at scale

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate at an executive level with storytelling and presentations

  • Experience with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience collaborating with and achieving results through others, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization

  • Experience aligning deliverables to a broader strategy and putting ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications/Education

  • Master’s degree in a related field

The hiring range for this position in CA is $171,600 to $$230,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
