Disneyland Paris positionne aujourd’hui le Yield Management comme l’un des principaux leviers de croissance et de transformation. Dans ce cadre, nous menons un projet technologique et commercial et recherchons un(e) Manager Program Product Manager pour accompagner l’évolution de nos plateformes techniques et l’expérience Guest & Cast Members.
Au sein du département Yield Management Technology, vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique et évoluerez dans un environnement agile.
Vos Missions :
En tant que Manager d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 4-5 personnes, vous aurez en charge :
- Le pilotage de la conception fonctionnelle d’un projet d’une envergure internationale constitué d’une suite produit développée en Agile (SaFe)
- Le suivi des besoins des équipes métiers et business et la coordination des échanges avec les équipes techniques.
- La mise en œuvre des activités Produit dans le respect des délais et du budget
- Le monitoring de la performance projet (budget / timing / qualité / satisfaction)
- La cohérence transverse des expériences Guest et Cast Members proposées
- Développer une vision globale du projet dans le but d’articuler l’ensemble des sujets le composant afin d’atteindre un objectif précis : déploiement d’un programme de transformation
- Présenter, défendre et porter des recommandations stratégiques pour augmenter la performance du projet
Plus précisément, voici un aperçu de vos futures activités principales:
Assurer la coordination globale et transverse de la conception fonctionnelle :
- Maitriser le scope fonctionnel d’un projet complexe
- Participer à la conception fonctionnelle afin d’identifier de manière transverse les points d’adhérence entre les équipes et vérifier la cohérence d’ensemble
- Coordonner et prioriser la collecte et diffusion des besoins (~30 équipes à coordonner) afin de synchroniser le planning de l’ensemble des équipes
- Définir, déployer et communiquer toutes les méthodologies de travail nécessaires à la coordination des équipes quel que soit les thématiques (produit / projet / développement / test / communication …)
Coordonner les équipes Business :
- Participer à la définition des sujets commerciaux afin d’anticiper les impacts sur les parcours utilisateurs et les développements techniques
- Être force de proposition dans la définition du besoin
- Animer des réunions et des workshops
Suivre le développement des équipes techniques et le scope livré :
- Assurer un suivi des livraisons techniques afin de confirmer le respect des besoins et la qualité de l’expérience proposée pour les Guests et Cast Members
- Assurer le suivi des gaps fonctionnels par rapport au scope initial du projet (suivi des changements et de la communication, plan de mitigation, validation)
- Superviser les déploiements et assurer la qualité des livrables
Dataset management :
- Soutenir la stratégie Dataset management dans le cadre du projet en assurant la mise en place des activités à réaliser par les différentes équipes dans un timing contraint (pertinence avec le planning projet)
- Soutenir la promotion de cette stratégie et process au niveau des équipes US
Définir et déployer un plan de communication tout au long du projet :
- Valoriser le projet, son scope et son actualité à travers des actions ciblées et dynamiques (newsletter, executive summary, onboarding session …)
- Assurer la préparation de support pour valoriser l’avancement des développements (demo live / vidéo / présentation fonctionnelle …)
Définir et déployer un plan de Change Management :
- Identifier les changements apportés aux pratiques des Cast Members et les impacts
- Définir le plan d’action, son planning et coordonner les acteurs sur l’ensemble du projet
Votre profil :
- Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure, vous justifiez d’une solide expérience (7 ans) autour du Product Management et Project Management
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée (2 ans minimum) dans le management d’équipes,
- Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise avec l’ensemble des pratiques du Product Management, les méthodes Agile, les outils (phase research / discovery / développement / rituels, priorisation, roadmap, Jira …), le Project Management et la gouvernance projet .
- Votre Français et Anglais sont courants (niveaux C1 minimum) pour une utilisation quotidienne
- Des compétences techniques seraient un plus.

- Vous faites preuve d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et orales, notamment la prise de parole en public, la conduite de réunions et présentations stratégiques
- Orienté(e) solution, vous avez une approche proactive et 360 sur vos sujets, vous permettant d’anticiper les différents impacts
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement mouvant et savez vous adapter rapidement, en étant focus sur les résultats.
- Vous avez une forte capacité à penser stratégiquement et à mener des initiatives d'amélioration continue.
