Stage - Assistant(e) Chef(fe) de projet Construction & Réhabilitation (F/H/NB)
Job Summary:
La Direction Design & Delivery à Disneyland® Paris :
La Direction Design & Delivery, notamment l'équipe Construction & Réhabilitation a pour mission de conduire les réhabilitations des restaurants sur les parcs ou le Disney Village (en tant que représentant de la maîtrise d'ouvrage).
Cette équipe, constituée actuellement de 8 membres, supervise divers projets, depuis le suivi des études jusqu'à l'exécution des travaux, en étroite collaboration avec nos services internes, nos partenaires en maîtrise d'œuvre et nos entreprises.
Vous intégrez notre équipe en tant qu'Assistant(e) Chef(fe) de projet sous la direction du chef de projet, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec nos services internes (achat, finance, juridique, urbanisme, etc.) pour assurer la gestion et le suivi de chantiers de construction neuve et/ou de réhabilitation. Vous veillez à ce que ces projets respectent les valeurs et l'identité de notre entreprise.
Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de 6 mois à temps plein à partir de mars et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris ?
Vos missions 🎯
- Vous accompagnez le Chef de Projets sur le suivi des projets de construction et réhabilitation en veillant au respect des délais, de la qualité et des budgets préalablement définis
- Vous menez des études de conception en suivant le cahier des charges fourni par le ou les clients internes
- Vous participez à l'évaluation du coût de l'opération et à l'estimation en partenariat avec l'équipe “Project Control”
- Vous finalisez les négociations avec les prestataires et entreprises en collaboration avec le service "Achat”
- Vous assurez le pilotage des parties prenantes (BE, Architectes, Designers) d'une opération de construction en phase d’étude (quantité, délais, nature et format des livrables)
- Vous sollicitez et suivez les autorisations administratives (déclaration préalable, permis de construire, autres)
- Vous contrôlez la bonne exécution du chantier par la participation aux réunions et aux visites régulières de chantier
- Vous participez à la réception de travaux, aux décomptes définitifs de chantier et rassemblez les dossiers des ouvrages exécutés
- Vous rédigez des notes de synthèse des sujets soumis à arbitrage de l'équipe projet ou de la direction
- Vous organisez les archives de l'opération et mettez à jour les informations techniques, économiques et réglementaires
Profil / Compétences 💼
- Vous préparez un diplôme niveau Bac+5 en Ecole d’Ingénieur dans le domaine du BTP avec idéalement en double cursus en Ingénieur-Architecte
- Votre stage peut débuter à partir de mars 2026 (ce stage n’est pas adapté à la formation "Architecture d’intérieur").
- Vous avez un niveau de Français avancé (C1) et en Anglais un niveau intermédiaire (B2 minimum)
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise sur le Pack Office (PowerPoint et Excel)
- Vous avez idéalement des connaissances sur les outils de gestion de projet tels que MSProject, Revit, DAO Autocad ou BIM
- Vous démontrez un bon sens de l'organisation, de la rigueur et du dynamisme.
- Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes polyvalent(e) et possédez une bonne capacité à analyser et synthétiser les informations
