Sénior Manager Project Controls F/H/NB - CDI
Job Summary:
En tant que Sénior Manager Project Controls vous dirigez une équipe d’une dizaine de collaborateurs, vous prenez en charge le service Project Controls, vous assurez un reporting de qualité et de contrôle afin d’assurer le respect des plannings, la programmation, les forecasts et les budgets, et assurez la mise en œuvre et suivi du plan IFP de l’année en cours (i.e. notre plan d’investissement pour la réhabilitation des assets sur l’ensemble du Resort Disneyland Paris – environ 120M€ par an et 600 projets) et de nos projets Capital et Programmes spécifiques par année ou pluri-annuels. Vous délivrez ainsi la qualité que Disneyland Paris a décidé d’offrir à ses clients, et ce, en respectant les cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Missions :
- Assurer les activités de monitoring et de contrôle sur la globalité de l'activité : progrès, changements et risques dans les domaines des coûts, programmation et planification. S’assurer, en étroite collaboration avec les Program Managers, de la mise en place des actions correctives quand des déviations sont identifiées par rapport au plan initial.
- Collaborer, dans une organisation matricielle, avec les Program Managers, des divisions, chargés de la mise en œuvre et l’exécution de notre plan IFP et nos projets capital, et les assister dans la gestion des processus de forecasting, cost management/control et document control, avec des reportings adéquats.
- Vous êtes support aux chefs de projets dans le développement de votre activité afin que les projets soient maitrisés du point de vue budgétaire et planification. Identifier et analyser l’évolution des chemins critiques et les variations du scope initial et des plannings établis, et vous proposez des recommandations pour des mesures correctives pour permettre aux chefs de projets de prendre des décisions.
- Suivre mensuellement les projets et reportings associés. Le reporting doit être pertinent et doit permettre d’analyser d’un mois sur l’autre les évolutions en termes de coûts, scope et de planning, il rend compte de l’avancement de l’état des coûts et des risques plannings avec des outils et des techniques appropriées :
- Créer et maintenir une documentation de projet complète, en veillant à ce que les outils soient mis à jour.
- Développer, analyser le contrôle en termes de coûts, de planning des projets de l’année en cours.
- Coordonner et diriger les présentations des contrôles de projet à la direction aux clients.
- Préparer le plan de contrôle des projets pour le programme de l’année N.
- Participer à l’élaboration du plan N+1 en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe IFP, pour la répartition du plan de charge.
- Être force de proposition pour les arbitrages à faire par les programs managers et la direction générale sur la gestion des enveloppes attribuées.
- Manager et développer une équipe d’économistes de la construction, d’estimateurs et de planificateurs en lien avec les objectifs donnés par la direction. Développer une gestion globale intégrée avec l’équipe Document Control.
- Être leader sur l’évolution, l’optimisation et l’implémentation des processus et procédures, afin d’établir une gouvernance adéquate pour nos programmes et projets, et de faciliter l’exécution du plan global.
- Collaborer et coordonner avec les différentes équipes afin d’optimiser nos ressources financières (Finance, Achats et clients).
- Capacité de s’adapter à un environnement avec des conditions et des priorités changeantes
Profil :
- Ecole d’Ingénieur ou BAC+5.
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le secteur du développement des projets, infrastructures ou dans le secteur de la construction, et au moins 5 ans d’expérience en Project Control, sur des programmes ou des projets de grande envergure (30 - 100 M€). Vous avez par ailleurs une expérience dans une organisation matricielle et des programmes multi-années à l'international.
- Communication efficace au sein de l'équipe et avec les parties prenantes (dans un environnement international avec l'anglais).
- Maitrise avancée d’Excel, y compris dans les macros (VBA), et Powerpoint (nombreuses présentations).
- Maitrise professionnelle d’outils de planification comme Primavera (P6), MS Project, ou équivalent
- Connaissance professionnelle de logiciels/solutions gestion documentaire (GED), ACC/BIM360 et/ou Aconex ou équivalent
- Expérience internationale, certifications et compétences professionnelles en gestion de projets (PMP, Prince2) seraient un plus
- Poste en CDI statut Cadre.
