Votre environnement :
Dans le cadre de la transformation de la Division Spectacle, une nouvelle Direction Technique a été créée afin de renforcer la structuration, la cohérence et l’efficacité des activités techniques.
Vous prenez la responsabilité du pôle Designer Technique Spectacle, composé d’environ 20 Designers et assistants (audio, vidéo, lumière, machinerie, show control, SFX/pyro). Leur mission est de concevoir des solutions technico‑artistiques répondant aux besoins créatifs, tout en garantissant qu’elles soient sûres, opérables et maintenables
Les designers interviennent sur des projets production spectacle et des projets production Event.
Votre pôle doit assurer également le « handover » aux équipes direction technique Opérationnel et les équipes de la direction Maintenance.
Vous évoluerez dans un environnement fortement transverse (Engineering, chefs de projet, production, direction artistique, maintenance, safety, event, etc.).
Votre rôle : structurer, unifier et piloter ce pôle dans un contexte de transformation, en renforçant l’organisation, l’anticipation et la coordination. Pour gagner en efficacité, en anticipation et en réactivité.
Vos missions :
Structurer et piloter l’activité du pôle Designers (production & event) : planifier, coordonner, superviser, définir les priorités et sécuriser les ouvertures projet/event (openning).
Mettre en place des outils de suivi et des indicateurs pour optimiser l’activité, anticiper les besoins et accélérer la prise de décision.
Développer une coopération efficace et une communication fluide avec les partenaires internes (direction technique, direction production projet et event, direction artistique, direction maintenance, direction safety, …)
Gérer la complexité et l’incertitude au quotidien, et porter des arbitrages clairs et courageux lorsque nécessaire.
Prévenir et traiter les conflits de priorités et d’interfaces en recherchant des solutions durables orientées collaboratif.
Fédérer, responsabiliser et développer une équipe pluridisciplinaire (~20 Designers + assistant), en créant les conditions d’engagement, de confiance, de collaboration et d’efficacité.
Installer un cadre favorisant la veille, le benchmark et l’innovation : encourager l’expérimentation (tests/prototypes), capitaliser sur les apprentissages avec pour objectif l’effet « wahou » attendu en spectacle.
Votre profil :
Vous possédez une expérience dans le management d’équipe spectacle projet :
Externe : 5 ans d’expérience (min) dans le management ainsi que dans le milieu du spectacle vivant/évènementiel
Mobilité horizontale : 3 ans d’expérience (min.) en tant que Manager Support (EDLI, D&D, EMPS) et/ou Manager Spectacle.
Promotion : 3 ans d’expérience (min.) sur une position Chef(fe) de Groupe
Informatique : vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils du pack office et êtes en mesure de les utiliser quotidiennement.
Langues : vous maîtrisez l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (B2 min.) et serez en mesure de l’utiliser de façon fluide dans le cadre de vos activités quotidiennes. Une maitrise avancée du français est requise (C1 min.).
