Job Summary:

Tous les jours, notre département Maintenance relève des challenges techniques passionnants. Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments du parc et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité.


En tant qu’ingénieur qualité (QE), et sous la responsabilité du Manager Ingénierie, vous développez sur le terrain la culture Qualité de l’entreprise. Vous êtes responsable de la sécurité technique, de la conformité et de la surveillance des attractions aux règlements, normes et codes applicables, et ce en veillant au respect des Cinq Clés que Disneyland Paris offre à ses clients : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Missions :

- Mise en place au sein des équipes ingénierie des Mémos « Ok to Use » : Les services ingénierie sont responsable pour un certain nombre de modifications lors de réhabilitations de nos attractions. Le Memo « ok to use » aura pour but de recenser l’ensemble des modifications apportées, de définir les livrables critiques à fournir pour assurer la réouverture de l’équipement en toute sécurité, et de s’assurer de leur livraison.

- Evaluer l’adéquation des exigences entre les MR (manuels de maintenance), les OG (procédures de fonctionnement des attractions) et les PM (procédures de maintenance).

- Fournir un soutien sur le terrain pour vérifier l'applicabilité, l'exactitude et l'efficacité des procédures de maintenance.

- Mener la revue des procédures de maintenance dans un objectif d’optimisation du temps de la maintenance et permettre de se concentrer sur ce qui est critique

- Participer aux analyses de risques, aux revues de conception pour assurer la conformité aux standards.

- Fournir un soutien général en matière de qualité aux partenaires internes, tels que l'ingénierie, la maintenance, les ateliers centraux, les opérations.

- Mener des ateliers d’analyse approfondies sur les problématiques (type 8D) en s’entourant des experts techniques

- Echanger les pratiques avec nos homologues internationaux pour uniformiser les méthodes de fonctionnement

- Participer au processus d'audit de niveau II

- Gérer les activités relatives aux services bulletin (émis par la Walt Disney Company en cas de problème sur une attraction).

- Participer à la création/modification des process internes liés à la conformité par rapport aux standards Disney et externes.

Profil :

- De formation BAC +5 en qualité en génie mécanique ou automatisation (type école d’ingénieur ou équivalent) avec 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un milieu industriel qui vous a permis de développer votre culture qualité (QRQC - analyses de pannes)

- Expérience en gestion de projets

- Bonne Maitrise des outils IT (Pack Office)

- La maîtrise de l’anglais est souhaitée

- Forte orientation vers la satisfaction du client
