Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Maintenance F2S (Facility Support & Services), vous prenez en charge le management opérationnel, technique, humain et budgétaire de 3 de nos services qui assurent la maintenance préventive et curative du bon fonctionnement des installations (CVC, Electricité, Plomberie, Equipement de Cuisines professionnelles…) afin de renforcer la performance et la fiabilité de nos infrastructures.

Notre mission s’appuie sur quatre piliers essentiels : collaborer étroitement, créer de la valeur, innover et viser la précision des résultats.

Ces fondations nous permettent d’accompagner les projets majeurs qui façonneront les prochaines années : l’expansion de Disney Adventure World, l’émergence de nouvelles ambitions créatives, l’évolution de nos pratiques opérationnelles et de maintenir à un niveau d’excellence sur l’ensemble des installations des 2 parcs et des coulisses.

Vous garantissez, ainsi, le niveau de sécurité, de spectacle, de fiabilité, de maintenabilité et de performance opérationnelle que Disneyland Paris a décidé d'offrir à ses clients et ce, en respectant nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos missions :

  • Gestion de la maintenance des bâtiments et des équipements de nos parcs et coulisses (prévention et réparations ou autres travaux) ;

  • Assurer le suivi des travaux, des contrats des prestataires relatifs à la maintenance/sécurité ;

  • Interlocuteur privilégié avec les différents prestataires et clients internes

  • Garantir le suivi des interventions et des prestations dans les délais impartis ;

  • Assurer le suivi et le respect des normes de sécurité

  • Pérenniser le bon fonctionnement technique de l’ensemble du périmètre, (entretenir les équipements et installations de production et de distribution, maîtriser et optimiser les consommations eau-énergie, veiller au respect et à l’amélioration de la maintenance préventive et curative)

  • Suivre et respecter les méthodes, procédures et outils réglementaires en matière d’hygiène sanitaire, de sécurité incendie, de législation du travail ;

  • Suivre les politiques et s’assurer du respect des standards de Disneyland.

  • Savoir innover et mettre en place des outils de maintenance prédictive et l’IA.

  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les Equipes et leurs talents, en favorisant la cohésion, la responsabilisation et la dynamique collective.

  • Des challenges en terme de conduite du changement sont à mener

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec toutes les lignes du business et/ ou partenaires produits et supports.

  • Être force de proposition, influencer les décisions et contribuer à la vision stratégique de la Division.

  • Garantir l’application des 5 clés de l’entreprise et donner vie à la vision Dreaming auprès des équipes de votre périmètre.

Votre profil :

  • Idéalement de Formation Bac +2 minimum, vous avez une expérience significative de 10 ans minimum dans les domaines techniques.

  • Expérience acquise en maintenance ou exploitation technique de site recevant du public, en société de prestation multi-techniques, en site Industriel.

  • Expérience reconnue de 7 ans minimum en tant que Leader d’équipes opérationnelles et d’encadrement.

  • La connaissance générale du cadre réglementaire des établissements ERP serait un plus.

  • Leadership affirmé, capable d’influencer, d’arbitrer et de donner du sens dans un environnement en constante évolution.

  • Capacité à traiter un volume d'informations importantes parfois contradictoires tout en pilotant simultanément des sujets de nature différente.

  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et forte adaptabilité, avec une aisance naturelle à fédérer autour d’objectifs ambitieux.

  • Capacité éprouvée à structurer, prioriser et piloter simultanément plusieurs projets complexes, tout en gardant une vision globale.

  • Aptitude à transformer les données opérationnelles en leviers d’action concrets et à installer des routines de performance durables.

Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDI, au statut cadre et est basé à Marne-La-Vallée.

Ce poste nécessite de la Flexibilité horaire : Travail de nuit et week-end à prévoir selon les besoins opérationnels.
