Job Summary:

Intégré à la Direction sécurité (DS), la mission de l’équipe du pôle Safety Opérationnelle est de contribuer à la protection de la santé physique des salariés, des intervenants d’entreprises extérieures et de nos visiteurs afin de préserver le capital humain, l’image de marque et les intérêts juridiques et financiers de Disneyland Paris.

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Prévention, vous apportez votre expertise dans le cadre de la prévention des risques professionnels, dans le but de garantir la Sécurité de nos visiteurs et de nos salariés, conformément à la stratégie définie par la direction, tout en veillant au respect de nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Efficacité et Spectacle.

Vos Missions : 

  • Assurer le rôle de référent(e) Sécurité pour les salariés et les visiteurs dans le développement des produits de Disneyland Paris (nouveau spectacle, réhabilitation lourde, réhabilitation d’attraction…),

  • Intégrer la Safety pour nos salariés et nos visiteurs dans les projets dimensionnants avec notamment :

    • Identifier les règlementations françaises et standards entreprises applicables sur le projet,

    • Récolter et analyser les retours d’expérience et risques existants sur les bâtiments en exploitation pour les intégrer en conception,

    • Evaluer les risques sécurité en amont dans le projet et proposer les moyens de prévention adaptés aux risques identifiés,

    • Analyser les cahiers des charges techniques pour intégration des points safety,

    • Participer aux tests d’acceptation en usine (FAT) et du site (SAT),

  • Accompagner les chefs de projet à la préparation et à la présentation des projets aux instances (CSSCT, CRAMIF, IT…)

  • Participer à la passation des projets avec les équipes opérationnels et faire le suivi des réserves Safety

Votre Profil :

  • Idéalement de formation Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en sécurité au travail (de type QHSE) ou expérience professionnelle équivalente, réalisée en prévention, santé, sécurité au travail.

  • Vous avez à minima 5 ans d'expérience dans des domaines d’activités exigeants en prévention santé sécurité.

  • Vous avez des compétences et des expériences en gestion de projets transverses impliquant de multiples parties prenantes, avec capacité à arbitrer et à proposer des solutions qui garantissent avant tout la sécurité.

  • Analytique et rigoureux(se), vous avez le sens de l’organisation et êtes un(e) bon(ne) communiquant(e) aimant travailler en équipe ainsi qu’en proximité des équipes sur le terrain.

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) et les outils informatiques d’une manière générale.

  • Vous maîtrisez le Français à l’écrit comme à l’oral (Niveau C1 minimum) ainsi que l’Anglais (niveau B2 minimum) : réunions en anglais, documentation, standards.

  • Ce poste nécessite une réelle flexibilité horaire afin de mener à bien les missions confiées et des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir.
