Chargé(e) Assurance Qualité – Conformité & Standards F/H/NB – CDI
Job Summary:
Intégré à la Division Facility Operational Services (FOS) au sein de la Direction Safety, le service Assurance Qualité contribue à préserver la Sécurité de nos Cast Members et de nos Visiteurs en garantissant la conformité de nos installations et des opérations aux réglementations, normes ainsi qu’aux standards internes The Walt Disney Company. Il contribue activement à l’amélioration continue en pilotant audits, contrôles réglementaires et traitement des anomalies tout en assurant la mise à jour des process qualité.
Vous jouez ainsi un rôle clé pour perpétuer la magie Disney, en respectant nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos Missions :
Au sein du service Assurance Qualité, vous œuvrez à assurer la cohérence globale entre exigences, risques et plans d’action. Vous aurez pour mission principale de garantir la conformité réglementaire, normative et Standards The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) des activités techniques et opérationnelles, en assurant la maîtrise des exigences et l’accompagnement des équipes, et en contribuant aux audits internes et à l’amélioration continue de la conformité.
Les missions principales du poste seront les suivantes :
Assurer la veille règlementaire et normative.
Assurer la veille réglementaire, normative et Standard The Walt Disney Company des activités des services techniques et opérationnels.
Analyser les évolutions, catégoriser les impacts et diffuser les alertes pertinentes.
Participer à la cartographie globale des exigences liées aux Standards TWDC.
Interpréter les exigences règlementaires et analyser les impacts.
Interpréter et synthétiser les exigences réglementaires. Apporter un support documentaire aux métiers (ex., fiche de synthèse, note d’interprétation).
Accompagner les partenaires internes dans l’analyse de leurs impacts sur les activités, la gestion des actifs et les risques pour l’entreprise.
Participer aux évaluations de conformité et aux audits internes.
Contribuer à l’évaluation de la conformité des activités et des actifs du site aux exigences en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires internes.
Conduire ponctuellement des audits de conformité à la demande de la direction.
Participer à la préparation et la réalisation de missions d’audits des activités opérationnelles sur les périmètres des services techniques et opérations parcs.
Suivre et piloter les plans d’action.
Coordonner et suivre les groupes de travail avec les experts métier pour la mise en œuvre des actions de mise en conformité.
Accompagner et suivre les écarts et plans d’action issus d’audits effectués par les équipes de The Walt Disney Company.
Pilotage des Standards The Walt Disney Company.
Accompagner la mise à jour des Standards The Walt Disney Company en lien avec les partenaires internes et internationaux en intégrant les exigences françaises ou en cadrant les écarts locaux par le pilotage de process internes.
Représenter Disneyland® Paris auprès des comités de standardisation de The Walt Disney Company. Coordonner les revues et accompagner les partenaires internes dans les phases d’approbation et d’application.
Reporting et culture conformité.
Produire les tableaux de bord réglementaires en définissant les indicateurs clés du pilotage et assurer un reporting régulier à la direction.
Contribuer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des process qualité internes.
Votre Profil :
Idéalement titulaire d’un Bac +5 en Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement (QSE), Gestions des risques, vous avez 3 ans d’expérience minimum en veille règlementaire et en suivi de conformité dans un environnement industriel ou opérationnel.
Vous disposez de solides compétences en gestion de projet et savez analyser des exigences réglementaires pour en évaluer les impacts et piloter des plans d’actions. Vous maitrisez les méthodes d’audit interne, d’analyse de risque et de gestion documentaire.
Des capacités d’écoute, d’influence ainsi que des qualités relationnelles certaines sont nécessaires pour mener à bien vos missions. Vous avez la capacité à analyser et vulgariser des sujets complexes.
Vous maîtrisez les applications Microsoft® 365, utilisées pour la rédaction, le reporting et les tableaux de bord (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Langue : Français courant (niveau C1 minimum) / Anglais intermédiaire (niveau B1 minimum).

Ce poste est basé à Marne-la-Vallée et est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDI, au statut Cadre.
Possibilité de télétravail sur ce poste (10 jours de télétravail maximum par mois selon notre politique en vigueur) vous permettant de concilier votre vie personnelle et professionnelle.
