Assistant(e) de Département – CDI - Construction & Ingénierie (F/H/NB)

Au sein du département Construction & Ingénierie de Disneyland Paris, et rattaché(e) au Senior Manager Construction, vous intégrez une équipe dédiée à la réhabilitation et à la transformation de nos infrastructures hôtelières.
Composé d’environ 70 collaborateurs, le département accompagne les actifs immobiliers tout au long de leur cycle de vie, de la conception à la rénovation, dans le respect des plus hauts standards de qualité et d’innovation.
Vos Missions :
Dans un contexte de développement et de transformation de nos hôtels, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) de Département pour accompagner les équipes projets et le management dans le pilotage administratif et la coordination des activités.
Vos principales responsabilités
1. Support à la gestion de projets
Assurer un support opérationnel, organisationnel et administratif auprès des chefs de projets, managers et du Senior Manager
Contribuer à la performance des projets en facilitant leur organisation et leur suivi
Assister les chefs de projets dans le suivi administratif des opérations de construction et de réhabilitation
Anticiper, identifier et résoudre les problématiques administratives et organisationnelles
Veiller au respect des processus, standards qualité et exigences internes
2. Coordination exécutive & gestion des agendas
Gérer l’agenda du Senior Manager et Managers.
Organiser les rendez-vous (multiples interlocuteurs, contraintes projets)
Anticiper les conflits de planning et proposer des arbitrages
Préparer les réunions et événements (ordre du jour, supports, logistique)
Rédiger les comptes rendus des réunions internes et assurer le suivi des actions
Diffuser les informations clés du département de manière claire et structurée
Garantir la fluidité de la communication interne et la circulation de l’information
3. Gestion administrative & achats
Être le point d’entrée du département pour les sujets administratifs et de coordination
Gérer les demandes administratives (commandes, facturation, fournisseurs, accès…)
Acheter le matériel nécessaire (bureautique, informatique, EPI…)
Identifier les dysfonctionnements et proposer des solutions rapides et efficaces
4. Gestion des expressions de besoins & commandes
Rédiger les expressions de besoins (EB) et suivre les circuits de validation
Saisir les EB dans les outils (Nemo/SAP)
Assurer le suivi des demandes d’achats (DA) et des numéros de commande
Effectuer les réceptions de commandes en lien avec les parties prenantes (chefs de projet, management, économiste, MOE, FAM)
5. Support administratif construction
Gérer les déclarations réglementaires (Cramif, Inspection du travail, OPPBTP…)
Assurer le suivi des dossiers administratifs (permis de construire, déclarations préalables, etc.)
Préparer et suivre les dossiers et documents (PC, plans de prévention, program book…)
Suivre les autorisations de travaux internes
Participer à l’organisation des commissions de sécurité
Préparer les PV d’achèvement et de réception
Assurer le suivi des documents contractuels (DGD, GPA…)
Gérer les courriers (MOE, entreprises, bureau de contrôle…) pendant les chantiers
Suivre les FDM, BCS projets, livraisons et litiges
Coordonner avec les départements internes (comptabilité, juridique, achats, maintenance, HST…)
Gérer les accès chantiers (badges, SGS, consultants…)
6. Communication & valorisation des projets
Rédiger les supports de communication en français et en anglais (Weekly FAM, Monthly update…)
Organiser les shootings photos et visites de chantiers
Alimenter et gérer la banque d’images des projets
Coordonner avec les équipes communication
Votre profil :
· Formation BAC+4 en gestion ou équivalent.
· Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…)
· Niveau d’anglais intermédiaire minimum (C1)
· Français courant (C1)
· Permis B requis (plus de 2 ans)
· Une connaissance de l’environnement des parcs à thème ou de l’hôtellerie est un plus
