Architecte Intérieur CDD F/H/NB
Job Summary:
Disneyland Paris poursuit le déploiement de sa stratégie d’excellence et d’innovation au service de notre clientèle.
Dans le cadre du développement de nos projets et pour renforcer notre équipe Identité Visuelle (Produit Merchandise), nous recherchons un(e) Architecte Intérieur.
Rattaché(e) au Coordinateur de l’équipe, vous assurerez la conception des mobiliers, le développement de l’aménagement et le suivi des études des projets d'architecture intérieure, dans le respect du cahier des charges, des standards, des budgets et délais impartis, tout en veillant à créer la magie et le rêve à travers une mise en scène valorisante et immersive des produits au sein de nos boutiques.
Ainsi, vous serez en charge notamment de :
Identifier et résoudre de façon créative les problématiques spécifiques aux boutiques
Traduire les besoins du client interne, notamment via la validation du cahier des charges
Appliquer les règles de sécurité
Assurer l'interface avec les différents services et clients concernés par les projets
Vos missions clés :
Élaborer les dessins, plans et documents techniques requis pour la conception des projets, en veillant au respect des normes de qualité, de santé, de sécurité et de bien-être des visiteurs et des collaborateurs. S’assurer de la mise à jour des bases de données techniques (plans, schémas…)
Gérer les services relatifs aux espaces intérieurs : définition du programme, analyse du projet, planification d'espaces, réalisation des choix esthétiques
Elaborer des documents de suivi de projets
Etablir et suivre les dossiers relatifs notamment aux permis de construire et demandes d'aménagement
Participer à la consultation d'entreprises externes et au suivi des prestataires sélectionnés
Contrôler, corriger et valider les plans d’exécution, les échantillons, les coloris et les matériaux
Assurer le suivi de réalisation des travaux, les visites d’ateliers pendant les phases de fabrication
Réceptionner administrativement et techniquement les travaux et s’assurer du suivi des réserves formulées à leur réception
Votre profil ?
Idéalement titulaire d’un BAC+3 spécialisé Architecture Intérieure ou Design d’Espaces ou êtes issu d’une grande école d’architecture intérieure, vous justifiez de minimum 5 années d’expérience en conduite de projets d’agencement intérieur et de mobilier, idéalement dans un environnement retail ou commercial.
Vous savez faire du dessin et des plans de coupe de mobiliers et évaluer leur faisabilité et fabrication.
Vous connaissez les matériaux (tissus, papier peint, carrelage, bois...), leur usage et leurs spécifications de finition.
Vous savez dessiner à la main, faire des détails et faire des coupes de mobiliers.
Vous parlez français (niveau maitrise C1) et anglais (niveau intermédiaire B1).
Vous possédez une bonne maitrise du pack Office et des logiciels SketchUp, Autocad et Photoshop
La connaissance du logiciel Revit serait un plus
Vous réussirez dans ce rôle si :
Vous savez travailler en mode projet et sur plusieurs projets simultanément
Vous êtes autonome, force de proposition et savez prendre des initiatives.
Vous démontrez un esprit de travail collaboratif et d’excellentes qualités relationnelles
Vous êtes une personne curieuse, agile et êtes à l’aise dans un univers professionnel qui évolue rapidement
