Alternance – Ingénieur en Electricité (F/H/NB)

Le département Construction est responsable de l'exécution des travaux, depuis leur démarrage jusqu’à leur livraison finale. Il prend en charge l’intégralité du chantier, en veillant au respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité, de planning et de budget.
Composé d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 40 personnes – ingénieurs, planificateurs, conducteurs de travaux, superintendants et spécialistes métiers, le département orchestre la coordination entre les entreprises, les sous-traitants, les bureaux d’études et les autres départements du projet (AD&E, Show et Ride).
Sa capacité à anticiper, planifier et résoudre les problèmes est essentielle au bon déroulement du chantier, en particulier sur des projets complexes, où les interfaces sont nombreuses et les enjeux élevés.
Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) en école d’ingénieur spécialité Génie électrique pour rejoindre notre équipe Construction Management. Sous la supervision des Ingénieurs Construction et des Superintendants, tu participeras activement au suivi de l’exécution des travaux de courant forts / courant faibles sur nos chantiers. Vous reporterez au Manager en charge de la stratégie et projets spéciaux.

- Assister au suivi de l’avancement des travaux et veiller au respect de la sécurité, des délais, de la qualité, de la conformité et des coûts.
- Participer aux réunions d'exécution et de coordination de travaux, rédiger des comptes rendus.
- Suivre la production des études d'exécution et de la synthèse
- Suivre et contrôler l’application des normes de sécurité et des procédures qualité.
- Aider à la coordination des interventions des entreprises et des sous-traitants.
- Contribuer à l’analyse des écarts et proposer des actions correctives.
- Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord et les outils de suivi de l'exécution
Ce que nous recherchons 💼
- Vous préparerez un diplôme niveau Bac +2 /+3 en Ecole d’Ingénieur avec une spécialisation Génie Electrique ou Electricité Industrielle et vous recherchez une alternance de 24 ou 36 mois à partir de septembre 2026
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en conduite de travaux dans une entreprise spécialisée en Electricité (stage et/ou alternance)
- Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais (niveau A2 minimum) et parlez couramment Français
- Vous maitrisez les logiciels de bureautique (Pack office)
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension des principes électriques, des systèmes et des interfaces multi-lots
- Une capacité à lire et interpréter des plans d’exécution, lire des maquettes 3D
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des normes de sécurité et des règles de l’art du chantier
- Vous avez la capacité à collaborer avec vos différents partenaires
- Vous avez la capacité de vous adapter face au challenge
- Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux, autonome et avez un bon esprit d’analyse.
