Au sein du département Creative Visual Merchandise, vous participez à la mise en scène des produits et à la création d’univers immersifs en cohérence avec l’identité Disney et les temps forts commerciaux.

🌟 Vos missions:

    En tant qu’alternant(e) Étalagiste Décorateur (trice) vous serez amené(e) à:

  • Concevoir et réaliser des mises en scène produits en respectant les guidelines merchandising (charte visuelle, storytelling, saisonnalité)
  • Créer des silhouettes magiques sur mannequins pour des présentations inspirantes
  • Mettre en valeur les produits en boutique : vitrines, podiums, linéaires et zones à fort impact visuel
  • Collaborer activement avec les équipes scénographie, graphisme et merchandising pour élaborer des décors toujours plus innovants
  • Participer à la mise en avant des produits sur les mobiliers en boutique
  • Assurer le suivi administratif : reporting des actions, simulations de présentation, sélection de produits, etc.

 🎓 Profil recherché

  • Formation en Visual Merchandising, Scénographie commerciale ou Design d’espace
  • BTS Métiers de la Mode – Vêtements (MMV) option merchandising,
  • Bac Pro Métiers de la Mode ou Artisanat & Métiers d’Art (avec spécialisation                 merchandising),
  • Écoles d’arts appliqués

 Alternance ouverte aux étudiants préparant un diplôme de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+3

 Un portfolio (book) est fortement recommandé (obligatoire pour certains niveaux)

  • Sensibilité esthétique et forte créativité
  • Bonne compréhension des codes du retail et du merchandising visuel
  • Capacité à raconter une histoire à travers la mise en scène produit
  • Esprit d’équipe et bon relationnel
  • Rigueur, sens du détail et organisation

📍 Conditions

Contrat d’alternance de 12 à 24 mois

Rythme flexible selon planning opérationnel

Horaires variables (matinaux possibles à partir de 6h30) incluant week-ends

Travail de nuit occasionnel (installations de décors – environ 10 à 15 jours/an)

Maîtrise du français (C1/C2)

Connaissance du Pack Office ; Photoshop / outils créatifs appréciés
