Automatiser et innover : à Disneyland® Paris, la technologie se met au service de la magie !

Le département Business Financial Systems de Disneyland Paris pilote des projets de transformation, d'alignement et d'optimisation pour la division Finance. Au sein de ce département et rattaché(e) au Responsable des systèmes de gestion de la performance financière, votre rôle consistera à automatiser les processus métiers grâce à des outils d'automatisation de type RPA (UiPath), Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio, dans un environnement international et innovant.

Vos missions :  🥽

• Développement et automatisation : développer, configurer et tester des processus automatisés avec des outils RPA (UiPath Studio/StudioX) et des solutions Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), de la conception fonctionnelle jusqu’à la mise en production.
• Projets IA Agentique : développer de projets d’IA agentique en utilisant les outils Microsoft (Copilot M365, Copilot Studio) et les outils IA internes Disney, en explorant de nouvelles façons d'intégrer l'IA dans les processus métiers.

• Collaboration & analyse : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers pour comprendre leurs besoins, rédiger des expressions de besoin et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la recette des solutions.
• Déploiement & accompagnement : coordonner le déploiement des solutions avec les équipes Automatisation de The Walt Disney Company, assurer leur support, maintenance et adoption par les équipes métiers.

Profil / Compétences 💼 

• Formation en alternance : vous allez intégrer une formation en Bac+3, MIAGE, grande école en informatique ou équivalent.
• Compétences techniques : intérêt pour l’automatisation (UiPath ou équivalent), des notions sur Power Automate/Power Apps/Copilot seraient un plus, avoir des bases en programmation (Python ou autre langage apprécié). Etre familiarisé avec l’IA. Avoir déjà travaillé sur des projets serait un plus.
• Langues : français et anglais B2 minimum (lu, écrit, parlé).
• Qualités : rigueur, esprit d’analyse, autonomie, esprit d’équipe et être à l’aise à l’oral.
