Disneyland Paris est la destination où la magie prend vie avec ses deux parcs à thèmes – le Parc Disneyland et le Parc Disney Adventure World – mais aussi sept Hôtels Disney et Villages Nature Paris, deux centres de congrès, le centre de divertissements Disney Village® et même un golf de 27 trous.

Disney Live Entertainement, organise chaque année plus de 850 événements. Convention, séminaires, expositions, team buildings, dîners de gala ou soirées à thème, Disneyland Paris peut accueillir de 80 à 25 000 personnes.

Vos missions :  🥽

Sous le tutorat d'un(e) chargé(e) de production des événements spéciaux, vous participerez à la mise en œuvre des événements internes, live ou corporate.

  • Vous assurez la production des événements en posant les options nécessaires, dans les délais attendus, auprès des départements de Disneyland Paris et des prestataires extérieurs
  • Vous organisez, préparez, co-animez les réunions internes et externes pour l’ensemble des événements organisés
  • Vous participez au suivi sur le terrain et à la coordination entre les services opérationnels et le client
  • Vous assurez le suivi du budget, rédigez les cahiers de charges et le rapport d’événement en fin de prestation

Profil / Compétences 💼 

  • Vous préparez un Master avec spécialisation en évènementiel/tourisme
  • Vous recherchez une alternance de 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026
  • Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C1) et anglais intermédiaire (B1)
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint et Teams)
  • Idéalement, vous avez un permis de conduire B depuis 2 ans au plus  
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur organisationnelle, votre dynamisme et adaptabilité
  • Vous possédez une bonne capacité rédactionnelle et un sens de la communication
  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une flexibilité horaire est demandée (travail de jour, du soir et la nuit et week-end)
