Job Summary:

L’équipe Économats Food – Parcs, Logistique et Production est en charge de la production, de la gestion des stocks et de la logistique des points de vente de restauration rapide extérieurs situés au sein des Parcs Disney® et du Disney Village®.
Elle intervient au cœur de l’activité opérationnelle afin de garantir la disponibilité des produits, la fluidité des livraisons et le respect des exigences de qualité, d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, notamment lors des pics d’activité et des événements spéciaux.
 

Dans le cadre de cette alternance, vous accompagnerez les équipes opérationnelles dans la coordination de la production, le pilotage des stocks et le suivi logistique, en lien étroit avec les équipes terrain.

Vos missions : 🥽

En collaboration avec les équipes internes, vous serez amené(e) à :

• Participer à la coordination de la production et des livraisons pour l’ensemble des points de vente extérieurs, dans le respect des délais et des standards qualité
• Contribuer à l’activité de production dédiée aux points de vente, en lien avec les besoins opérationnels
• Assurer le suivi des stocks : inventaires, fiabilisation des données et analyses
• Analyser les écarts d’inventaire et participer à la mise en place d’actions correctives sur l’ensemble de la restauration des Parcs et du Disney Village
• Participer à l’élaboration, la mise en place et le suivi des plans d’actions logistiques
• Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP)
• Travailler en coordination avec les équipes de production, logistique et terrain

Les missions sont évolutives et adaptées à votre montée en compétences tout au long de l’alternance.

Profil / Compétences :

• Formation : Vous préparez un Master 1 ou un Master 2 en logistique, gestion, supply chain, restauration, agroalimentaire ou formation équivalente
• Expérience : Une première expérience en environnement logistique, Food ou opérationnel (stage ou alternance) est un plus
• Outils : Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Permis : Permis B obligatoire

• Qualités professionnelles : Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, esprit d’équipe, capacité d’analyse et aisance dans un environnement opérationnel rythmé
