Job Summary:

A Disneyland Paris® plus de 500 évènements sont organisés chaque année. Dans nos Parcs, l’équipe Event Stratégie & Coordination Opérationnelle est au cœur de leur réalisation, grâce à une étroite collaboration avec des nombreux partenaires. Elle accompagne les souhaits de nos clients, depuis l’étude de faisabilité jusqu’à la clôture, le tout en veillant au respect des règles de la société et à préserver une expérience qualitative.

Ce que vous ferez 🌟

  • Contribuer à l’organisation et à la réalisation des évènements, dans le respect des règles de la société, du cahier des charges, des délais et du budget alloué.  

  • Assurer la coordination et le suivi entre le demandeur de l’évènement et les prestataires opérationnels en amont, pendant et jusqu’à la clôture de l’évènement.  

  • Être force de proposition en faisant preuve d’agilité et en anticipant les impacts potentiels pour limiter les imprévus.

                                                         
Ce que nous recherchons 💼

  • Vous préparez un Master dans le domaine de l’évènementiel et justifiez d’une expérience dans ce secteur.

  • Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C2) et d’anglais intermédiaire (B2)

  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office.

  • Vous faites preuve d’esprit critique et analytique et êtes à l’aise dans la communication écrite et orale.

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre adaptabilité et proactivité.  

  • Vous avez un excellent sens de l’organisation et êtes capable de prioriser et jongler entre plusieurs projets.   

  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est demandée (nuits, jours fériées et week end)
