Vous souhaitez apprendre le métier d’assistant chef(fe) de projet tout en accompagnant la transformation de restaurants au cœur de Disneyland® Paris ? Rejoignez le service Food and CAP au sein de la direction Design and Delivery, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique pour accompagner la conduite de projets de construction et de réhabilitation dans un environnement d’exception ! Vous serez rattaché(e) au chef(fe) de groupe et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos services internes pour assurer la gestion et le suivi de chantiers, de la programmation à la réalisation de restaurants.

Ce que vous ferez 🌟

• Gestion et suivi de projets : participer à toutes les étapes, de la programmation à la livraison finale des projets de construction ou de réhabilitation.
• Coordination: être l’interface entre les différents métiers, collaborer avec l’ensemble des services internes pour garantir la fluidité des échanges et la réussite collective.
• Suivi opérationnel: s’assurer du respect des plannings, de la maîtrise des budgets et de la conformité aux standards de Disneyland Paris.
• Rédaction technique : contribuer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges et des fiches espaces, dans le but de définir un périmètre exhaustif en parfaite corrélation avec les enveloppes budgétaires établies.
• Négociations : participer à la négociation des marchés de travaux en collaboration avec le service achats.
• Contrôle des travaux : participer au contrôle de la bonne exécution des travaux, assister aux réunions de chantier et s’assurer de la conformité réglementaire et de la cohérence esthétique des réalisations dans le but de garantir la bonne livraison du chantier.

Votre profil 💼

• Vous recherchez une alternance sur 3 ans et vous allez intégrer à la rentrée un Bac +3 en école d’ingénieur BTP ou équivalent.
• Une première expérience dans le domaine serait un plus.
• Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel et PowerPoint), la connaissance d’outils de gestions tels que MS Project, Revit, Autocad et BIM serait un plus.
• Français courant, anglais B1 minimum,
• Esprit d’équipe, bonnes capacités de communication, curiosité et esprit de synthèse.
